Magnet not very strong

Magnet is not very strong. If you're mounting it to a moving surface it's going to move around. The spring of this GoPro clip is very strong

Magnetic too weak

Sorry, I'm not impressed with this magnetic swivel clip mount. The spring jaws are okay, but the magnetic base is very weak. I would not trust it to hold my Hero 8 Black, or any other GoPro action camera to anything metal. One good bump or jolt and you've just damaged or lost your camera. It slides to easily on anything metal that is painted, if you bump it (while attached vertically ) it falls off. I tested it without the camera of course. I'll stick with the magnetic mount I made myself using the magnets from a hard disk drive and a Gopro adhesive camera mount.

Doesn't have good magnet. Wouldn't use it on anything that moves.
