    Fast moving drama with Thomas Magnum, P I in Hawaii. Besides the beautiful scenes, fast moving car chases down winding hills.

    I ordered the DVD as a gift for my mom. When it arrived, the plastic box was broken and the disk was loose inside. When she opened the box, the disc was scratched, and it wouldn’t play at all. Unfortunately, she threw it away before I could try to return it.

    Almost every episode kept me interested, and laughing over and over again. John Hillerman is awesome as Higgins, and he matches wits with Tom Selleck like a pro.

    I had almost forgot what a great show Magnum P.I. was until I saw season 1 for a great price at Best Buy. Wow is all I can say. The transfer to DVD for this show is outstanding and looks better now on the big screen TV then it ever did back in the day. Some shows from that era seem a little hokey now, but this one holds up well.
