TERRIBLE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was the closest thing to a bootlegged CD I have seen the quality was horrendous and it came to the point we purchased the season through Amazon on Prime, we tried 2 DVD players and by Season 3 we had enough. At one point it was just snow, both my wife and I were waiting for a commercial so we could see where the CD originated. I am asking Best Buy for a refund
