This game would be great if it didn't freeze

In general, I would say this game is fun. The graphics are good and I like the announcers they have for this game. One thing that I do not like about this game is that is freezes a lot. I have tried to contact 2K Sports about this problem, but I have not really gotten any resolutions. Another thing I really don't like about this game is that is can be difficult to see a base. In order to steal a base, the L1 or L2 button has to be held down depending if the user wants one player to steal a base or if the user wants multiple players to steal a base. The problem I have with this is that, if the user holds the button down before the pitcher throws the ball to home plate, the base runner usually gets picked off. If the user holds down the button after the pitcher throws the ball towards home plate, the player gets to the next base way to late. Also, there have been times where I have held down the L1 or L2 button and the runner did not even attempt to steal. I wish there would have been a simpler way to steal a base.

I just got this game for the Ps3 and I must say I love it. Like I said I love the pitching with the analog doing the motion. Its much better than the MLB Shows Pitching. The sense of speed of the ball is also a great improvment over last years. You will actually strike out trying to catch up to the speed of the ball which is great. OH I'M PLAYING ON A 46 INCH SAMSUNG 120 HRZ LCD AND THE GRAPHIC ARE GREAT EVEN BETTER THAN LAST YEARS. Give the game a shot it's really good !!!!

This game is plagued with reoccuring glitches, generic looking players, arcade like features, and terrible on-line play with empty lobbies. The game seems to appeal to kids from 6-12 who love hitting 60 homeruns before the All-Star break. It's like the grown up version of the Little League World Series game. The pitching and hitting controls are ridiculous! More work does not mean more authentic by any means. The game does have good indepth stats and good commentating with Gary Thorne. This game is not in the same league as The Show. In fact it should be no more than $25 release date. XBOX owners, you have my deepest sympathies.

The game is a little bit of a let down. The pitching controls are WAY complicated, but the variety of pitches u can throw is pretty good. In My Player mode the outfielders dont move quickly at all, so that was kind of a drawback. The Francise is good though and creating ur own teams and players is great too(and ur able to use them in franchise mode)!

I have played both MLB the show (10) and 2k10. And 2k10 is very good and very graphical, but it is barly anything compared to the show. Great game but not as good as MLB the Show

I didnt buy this game, my buddy's girlfriend bought for him by mistake. He asked for MLB the show, and she bought the wrong baseball game.. Since I already owned MLB the show we decided to try the game to compare the two. We both agreed there is not one thing that 2K10 has better than MLB the Show. EA has made the best sports games for 20 years and it hasnt changed.
