The best biography movie ever. Denzel WASHINGTON played his role perfectly. The movie is perfect. In this movie you will get to know about Malcolm X. A Godly MAN, loyal MAN, TRUTHFUL MAN. You NEED this movie for your whole family to watch.

As much as I already knew about Malcom X there is always another medium where you can learn more. Seeing the boy develope into a racist Muslim twisted by puppet masters come into his own and preach unity was a ruff journey and watching it showed a dark side to racism on both sides of the color wheel....

Malcolm x the movie that still impact the stuff that going on today and the culture with the people today's. You look at the movie today and you see where we are at today we need to improve because we didn't approve anything if you see the movie.

A tribute to the controversial black activist and leader of the struggle for black liberation. He hit bottom during his imprisonment in the '50s, he became a Black Muslim and then a leader in the Nation of Islam. His assassination in 1965 left a legacy of self-determination and racial pride.

This truly defines all the different changes that Malcom X went through in his lifetime . In the end he discovers to late that even people trying to do good will lie in order to promote themselves . He learns too late that violence will be used by any color to keep hate alive .

The struggles that black people underwent might be a long lost memory, but it is worth it to keep fresh for younger generations. Malcolm X is not be the best role model to follow, but is part of the american history of the 20th century and as such worthy of study.

The movie touches the soul in the end. An emotional biopic to see where he started and where he ended before his death is an inspirational story of how people can change if they really want to.

This movie shows Lee at the top of his game. Every frame is electrifying and the story not only brings the history of an overlooked American hero to light, it give the viewer a chance to examine for themselves what it means to be black in America.

This is the best account of the man in film in my belief. He found his redemption in religion. Yet he discovered hypocrisy in what and who saved him. He found himself a true path in life. Denzels finest work .

Saw this a long time ago and greatly enjoyed it. I was young at the time of the actual events, so for me it was a bit of a history lesson on the movement, controversies and persons involved.

Spike Lee does it again!! This is an awesome movie. Love how they captured the life of Malcolm X. Looks better in bluray. I had the dvd but glad I upgraded. Definitely a film you should watch!

Needed this movie for my collection. I still love buying Blu-ray movies. I still recall the first time I saw this film in theaters. Huge impact in me. Must have been around 10 or 11 at the time.

This is a classic. It is a wonderful story and has been told in a way that I believe most people can understand. It gave me an insight to the man that I otherwise missed in the news.

I missed out on the Digibook release so I was happy to find this for $5.99 recently. The 1972 documentary is dropped but for the quality of the film and the low price, it's still worth it.

The amazing story of Malcolm X from being the son of a preacher and the growing up and going astray to the point of crime and then learning in prison of all places how to become an inspiration for all people of all nations.

Denzel Washington is one of our great actors, who can immerse himself into the character he is portraying. In this instance that character comes from real life. Washington portrays Malcomb X as an intelligent, multifaceted, deeply feeling character. He brings the person to life for the audience, giving us insight into the man and the times. Well done.

This is a terrific movie that captures the life of an iconic individual in a way that I think most people are unaware. Give a shot and it may just change your mind about the man who fought for equality in a time of unacceptance.

Excellent performance by Denzel Washington portraying Malcolm X. The physical resemblance was spot on. Should've been an Oscar winner for him. Another must have for Denzel fans!

Denzel Washington shows his skills as an actor in this excellent portrayl of Malcolm X. Showing his life and what drove him to seek justice is compelling. Truly entertaining biopic by Spike Lee, a must see!

This is one of Denzel's greatest films. In my opinion, he should have won the Oscar for best Actor, but they owed Al Pacino for Godfather 1 & 2, Scarface & Dog Day Afternoon. Either Way for $6 its a must buy.
