A return to form for James Wan

It's camp

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.To keep it simple, "Malignant" is James Wan doing what he wants, but if you're looking for something akin to his Conjuring films this isn't it, but instead it leans more towards Insidious 1 &2, and the later saw instalments (despite him only having directed the first). I don't want to say more because I don't want to spoil things, but remember this movie isn't meant to be taken seriously, it's not a dreary horror movie, it's a fun house horror ride.

MISSING ATMOS
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 4k transfer is very good, but what gives this a 3 stars is not having Atmos as it did on HBO Max. There is a huge audio downgrade from Atmos to 5.1... That being said, if you like the movie, then you should get the UHD.
