It looks beautiful on my counter and holds so many dishes without looking cluttered. It was definitely worth the splurge! It should last for many years and will be much easier to clean than the average dish rack this is replacing.

Product is really good, sturdy. Looks and feels it's going to last.
The item was delivered to the wrong address- entirely different state (500 miles away). Reported the issue and the item was delivered the next day.
Mistakes happen, they acted fast and resolved it. So 5 star to that.
