Malwarebytes 3.0 is a must have software for PC. setup is quick and easy. It will install the latest version to protect your computer from malware and fake sites. By default, all options were enabled to protect PC at most. I did a scan for entire PC and found out that there were some infected files which was never found by Windows Protection. It deleted all infected files and PC is running much faster than before. Malwarebytes anti-malware defense protect your PC and online experience. It will intercept and block exploits that use bugs in popular programs to compromise your computer. It's malicious website protection technology detects and prevents contact with websites, URLs and IP addresses containing dangerous content. This software is very easy to use and will keep you protected for any attack on your PC.

This is a great addition to an anti-virus program as it will catch things that are missed. It caught things on websites that my regular anti-virus didn't catch. I was surprised at what was on my computer as I regularly run my antivirus program. Malwarebytes found it and took care of it. I have the free version on my computer at work but this is much better and more powerful than the free version. I will be getting this for my work computer as well.

Malwarebytes 3.0 aims to be your ultimate weapon against online threats and can function as a potential replacement for your current anti-virus software and it has done quite well for me in that regard so far. Installation was a breeze and once you have downloaded their software and activated your product key, you're good to go. You can pretty much set it and forget it after the installation is complete. Malwarebytes 3.0 provides real-time protection with the following features: web protection, exploit protection, malware protection, and ransomware protection. Now for a minor issue that bugged me when it came up. Sometime after installing the product, I decided to launch a video game to enjoy some free time. For the record, the game I was trying to play requires online access and when the game attempted to connect online, Malwarebytes prompted me with warning messages and blocking the connections being requested by my game. Luckily it didn't take much to whitelist my game and was able to connect with no issue afterwards. So after that, I decided to add my games folder to the exceptions list to avoid having this happen again. But that has been the only issue so far, I haven't run into that issue when browsing the internet or streaming online content. Besides this one minor issue, this is a solid product for anyone looking for something extra to add-on to their current security setup or completely replace your existing anti-virus software.

I've been in the IT business for 20+ years and I remember when I first came across Malwarebytes. For nearly 10 years I have been telling coworkers, friends, and family "Get Malwarebytes and use it to scan your computer. It is probably more valuable than antivirus." [Note: I still tell friends to run an antivirus app but malware is more prevalent than viruses, hence the emphasis on getting an Internet security suite with a good malware scanner. Plus, Malwarebytes does not conflict with traditional antivirus apps or scans.] Malwarebytes is minimally invasive. It won't slow your PC or inundate you with popup messages unlike some other products. The premium version is always running, always scanning. If it finds something, it takes action quickly. To this day I have never been negatively impacted by anything it has tagged and removed as malicious. It is effective, no-skills-required protection against the most popular exploits on the web. The price for the 3-pack is a great deal for the family. With a strong 10-year history and thousands of IT guys like me singing the praises of Malwarebytes, the premium product is well worth the small investment to help keep your computers safe.

MBAM has to be one of the best tools in the fight against malware. (and I don't say it just because I made the icon for it, many accuse me of this, sorry, made icons for software I don't like as well) It's not often I see a machine that doesn't have it on there. You still need an antivirus, firewall and other things but when it comes to most of the malware that's not detected or blocked, MBAM will typically target and remove others. I see the typical responses elsewhere from those who may get one or two items that MBAM couldn't remove or detect so they shrug off MBAM. 1. MBAM is not 100 percent (NO security software is)and there are going to be things it can't remove or detect, just like any other security software. 2. MBAM, will remove more infections in one scan than any other software I've used in 14 years. So for those who would shrug off MBAM over X amount of infections that get by, obviously don't realize how much MBAM really does get rid of as a percentage compared to some attack specific security scanners. Either way, it's why we need more than one security tool, nothing is 100 percent but some stand above others, MBAM is one that does.

I have been using Malwarebytes for many years, starting with the free version and then upgrading to Premium a few years ago. It was a great product then and it continues to evolve. Version 3.0 is the latest and greatest. When I first started using the free version, I was surprised at what it uncovered that was missed by other products. With Premium, I don't worry anymore. In fact, I use it on all 3 of my laptops and would not think of dumping it for any other product. There are so many protections provided that you could almost use it alone. However, the good news is, it works compatibly with many other brand antivirus programs. In addition, with Premium you don't need to worry about whether there are updates, because 3.0 takes the worry out of the equation and does the work for you. In fact, everyone I know who uses Malwarebytes is pleased. Malwarebytes also has an Android product which I use on my Galaxy phone and pad. I'm a believer! I definitely recommend Malwarebytes to anyone who wants great front line protection for their devices.

I have had a chance to use it for about a month now and have found it an easy program to forget! Yes, Forget, Because when used it means I can go about my usual business and not have to worry about all the junk trying to infest my computer. It was easy to install and once set up it was just easy to forget it was even installed sometimes. It works in the back ground so smoothly I never needed to do anything else.

Malwarebytes free is my go to cleaner at work where I'm an IT pro. There are few freebies that are as quick and thorough. Of course no one solution gets everything, but it comes close in a one-off situation where someone is having odd behavior on their PC or opened an email they shouldn't have. I team MB free with a couple others and scan away. I have never used MB Premium until now. I installed it on our home catchall PC and it's a cinch to install, configure, and use. It's not nearly as intrusive as others I have used, and the definitions are kept up to date better than most. The interface walks you right through setup without launching tendrils into every action you take in your daily computing. You hardly know it's there. Running an adhoc scan is super easy as well. I have tried four other top AV's and MB Premium is the "friendliest" and most effective (mainly because you're not constantly turning it off!)

I have used Malwarebytes for years. My subscription is running out and I never question renewing Malwarebytes, its a for sure renewal each time. It is an amazing, reliable product for protection against malware. It is also great for removal of malware if your system is infected. I was able to use this on a computer that was not protected and full of malware. It was successful in removing all malware. There is also an option that can be turned on to scan for rootkits. There are several features that are customizable and settings that can be used for timed scans. I think everyone should be using this on their systems. The packaging is a little big, they could slim it down. Inside the box is paper with the product license key. Mine is for 3 pc's for a 1 yr subscription. Download from the Malwarebytes website, install, input the key and ur good to go to scan. Super simple set up.

I have been using the free version of Malwarebytes for years - I think it is a great program but it requires the user to update and scan on demand. And while I have always trusted the free version of this program to discover and destroy shady files, I would prefer they never find their way into my system in the first place. This premium version has a nice interface and boasts several interesting ways to customize your anti-malware experience but the ultimate selling points are the automatic updates and the realtime protection (to identify malware and ransomware and prevent them from ever finding a way into your computer in the first place). And while loading Malwarebytes slows down my initial boot time by a few seconds, the scans themselves are surprisingly fast. And I love knowing in real time when actions I take online are initiating potential threats to my computers.

The Malwarebytes 3.0 - Windows was noticeably different right out of the box. There was no CD to insert into my computer’s CD Rom. There was only a piece of paper with a license key on it to use after downloading Malwarebytes 3.0 from its Website. I prefer to install directly from a CD, especially with a brand new computer. Installation was done by logging on to the Malwarebytes website and clicking the download button. I received an initial 14-day free trial, once installed. There is a box in the upper right corner to insert the license key in order to redeem the one-year worth of subscribed services. The Malwarebytes 3.0 - Windows found a problem with my desktop computer right after its installation. I thought my computer was secure, because my McAfee Antivurus stated that fact. Upon my first scan with Malwarebytes 3.0 - Windows, twenty-five files were found and determined to be threats. The Malwarebytes 3.0 - Windows program allowed me to quarantine them and then delete them. I was able to schedule daily scans at a time of my choosing. One problem was the automatic Website exclusion of supposedly malicious Websites that blocked my valid Websites from opening. Website exclusion is the major problem, because after entering the domain or IP address of the supposedly malicious Website to exclude it from detection the Website still would not open.

I have used Malwarebytes non paid versions in the past and they have always done a fairly decent to good job protecting my computers. This latest iteration is no different and makes for a very good value product. The graphical user interface is clean and very simple to navigate. Scans are done surprisingly fast in the foreground or background without adversely affecting CPU or memory usage. Automatic updates and real time protection are most welcome. In a increasingly saturated PC security solution marketplace and whilst it does not fare quite as well as Bitdefender to me personally, Malwarebytes 3.0 is worth the price point and I am happy to recommend it to everyone.

I have used the free version of Malwarebytes for years and have been very happy with it. I got this premium copy and am even more impressed with the features. As always, it installs quickly with only a few clicks of the mouse. With version 3, the scans are blazing fast and with the extra features of the premium version, my computer is protected from ransomeware and other malicious programs. I am very careful when I am on the Internet, and have never had any major problems with any malware. I fix other people's computers regularly and always advise them to install and run this program (free or premium) to protect their machines beyond the regular antivirus.

Malwarebytes 3.0 is an effective protection anti-virus program that quietly controls your system but does not cause any interruptions in your normal work flow while on the computer. I installed this program on a Lenovo 2 and 1 laptop/pc without any problems. The software was very easy to download and install. It does a great job of scanning your computer for ransomware, malware, exploits, trojans and the like. Thus far, I am very pleased with the product. I am planning to put this on other Windows based PCs in my home.

I feel the most confident with Malwarebytes Premium. You can use it alone or in conjunction with other antivirus software. It doesn't slow things down but keeps the bad stuff away. I think this software is underrated because they don't advertise like other brands. It protects from ransomware, blocks malware before it gets to your system, protects from bad websites and will clean up anything it finds already on your computer. It does all this in the background so you don't have to do anything.

Seems to work pretty good. Caught some things and I noticed now my laptop runs a bit faster as far as surfing the internet. I recommend getting malwarebytes.

This version of Malwarebytes allows you to install on 3 different PCs which is good since I have a desktop and a laptop. I was able to install it on my brother's laptop as well. The install was also very quick and I ran a scan right away to check if my PC was running smoothly without any viruses. The scan was decently quick and you can let it run in the background. The real time protection is nice if you download a lot of things and browse often. Overall, Malwarebytes has been my go to security software and I have always been satisfied with it and this version 3.0 is great.

I downloaded this software to my HP Spectre laptop and quite honestly, I don’t really know that I need it. I have antivirus software that includes malware protection so I guess I’m already covered. I did have some problems creating an account on their website after I installed it and as of yet, I still haven’t been able to complete it. On the upside, I haven’t noticed any decline in speed or interference with other software. So while I’m not sure I need it, I will keep it installed and determine later if it’s important enough to keep installed. I guess i’ll follow the motto they use it Texas, “ I’d rather have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.”

This is always my go to program for removing malware from my pc's. Usually I use the free program but decided to try out the license version. Gives you 1 yr license for up to 3 different pc's to protect. Upgrading free to paid was simple enough to type in the license code (the only thing actually in the box you get) and I get live scanning protection. If you want some peace of mind while you and your family browse online can't go wrong here.

Writing a review for this is tough because I haven't had an active experience with the defense/protection. Malware Bytes 3.0 protects from malware and PC hijacking. The latter is why you should get this software. Even if you are technically savvy, this is good software because it's the family who uses your PC who tends to click, install or expose you to things you wouldn't want on your computer. System impact was minimal - I didn't notice any slower loads, speeds, impact. I wouldn't use it as an antivirus replacement it's a nice complement to using the free antivirus that comes with Windows for additional peace of mind.
