I Love Lucy even if she couldn’t sing.

This movie was fun. The story was good. It was very entertaining. Lucy couldn’t sing, but who cares. It was a fun flick.

Looks greAt in hd. I thought Lucille ball was too old for this part, but she worked really hard at it and who doesn't love Lucy!

Musical Mame

Mame is a great old fashioned musical based on the wonderful Broadway stage show Mame that starred Angela Lansbury. Although I would have liked to have seen Angela reprise her role, there are several other excellent actors that fulfill my expectations. Bea Arthur reprises her role as Vera and is excellent. Robert Preston makes an extremely handsome and talented Mr. Burnside. I would recommend this film to musical buffs.

This is a film that's had a major miscasting error, Lucille Ball . Angela Lansbury did the broadway show and a Tony to show for it. She is "Mame" all the way. Lucy gave it her best. I have to say, I still enjoy watching it. Robert Preston, as always, is great.
