My first real listen to ABBA and I was hooked like the rest of the people in the cinema. The story was complex but interesting. To follow the lives of one woman's journey is indeed encouraging and sometimes, tragic. This is a must see if you like musicals. It still captures new fans as they grow up and see it for the first time.

Great movie if you like musicals or romantic comedies...great choreography,a must if you are an Abba fan,plot a little contrived even for a rom com,but likeable characters...beautiful island scenery,and Meryl Streep is always a marvel. My wife loved it One cautionary note ---Pierce Brosnan may have the worst singing voice of any actor----e_v_e_r_ !!!

I absolutely love Mamma Mia and I was thrilled to find the Blu-ray for $10 at Best Buy! It’s the 10th anniversary edition so it comes with tons of extra bonus features so you get even more for your money. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! Would definitely recommend.

This movie is just plain fun. It's obvious the entire cast is having a blast, and their enthusiasm is infectious. Sure there are some points of bad camera work and Brosnan's voice isn't classically trained, but who cares? He sings well enough, and his singing really grows on you through the movie. It's a fun movie with catchy songs, a fun story, and a happy ending. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

If you're a love of ABBA music, this is a must see movie. It is hard not to sing along or be moved by the music. Even if you're not a fan, I believe this movie will still entertain you. Great story, great songs, great acting. What else?

wonderful ABBA songs with great production and story line. This is one of our favorite musicals of all time. Brought back so many fun memories because of the songs that were so popular . Our family watches it over and over again.

I am a huge fan of this movie. My dvd player and Mamma Mia DVD were ruined in Hurricane Sandy. About 6 weeks ago I was very happy to see that after I receivd a new Blu-ray DVD player for my birthday, the next week Best Buy had Mamma Mia as a deal of the day and I ordered it immediately. Once I turn it on my mood already brightens and I get to sing along too.

I'm not a huge Meryl Streep fan, but she wasn't horrible in this movie. They made a musical out of ABBA songs, which are fun and upbeat. Then they turned that musical into a movie. It turned out well and must have done well enough to make a sequel. If you like ABBA or musicals check it out.

I think this is a very cute and lighthearted movie. Have heard many complaints about the singing but I give credit for them even doing it knowing they aren't the best singers. I enjoy the music, reminds me of high school.

I really loved this movie. I had watched in so many times on Netflix. When I saw I had a chance to buy this with a digital, I jumped right on it. Very easy to do and now I have the movie on my iPad and iPhone.

Mamma Mia! is the ultimate feel good movie. Catchy music, funny jokes, and Mr. Darcy singing and dancing. What more could you want? Store pick up was available the day after ordering and check out was quick and easy.

This move is so much fun! The story, the whimsical acting, and, of curse, the FABULOUS music! Definitely a must-own for musical fans and anyone who loves a good, cheesy long lost father and young love story.

If you love ABBA then this is for you. The story is good and you get to hear Pierce Bronson sing!!!. Streep is good as the mother and the location are beautiful but the music is what really brings the film to life. The musical sequences are great. A very enjoyable gilm

Great actors and great plot. Of course the films soundtrack is everything! Had bought this due to netflix removing it from its collection. Glad to own it in stunning 4K!

I enjoy this type of music so I found the story worth my time . It was fun to see the various actors playing the different parts and the actors singing the different songs. Fun actors fun songs and interesting story. I would give this movie a good over all rating. I believe people who enjoy musical will enjoy this movie.

We are not huge musical fans, but this movie is hilarious. Good from beginning to end; my teenage son did watch it with me under the premise that I did not tell his friends! We so enjoyed it! Great night of entertainment for our family.

Whether you can like this one will depend heavily on whether you like the music of ABBA. Most of the performances were good, even from actors not known as singers. Except for Pierce Brosnan. I like him as an actor, but no one would mistake him for a singer.

Love this movie. Wanted it as a stocking stuffer. It is a great family movie to all watch over the holiday break. Saw it many years ago at the movies and now I will have to watch anytime.

ABBA was a hit band in the 70's and the songs they sang were catchy and fun. This movie is the same way. Sure it doesn't really make sense people breakout into song and dance... but this is a musical and the songs are good. Acting is so so.. but the songs more than make up for it.
