    Probably the best mono pod out there. The retractable feet give you a wide base not found on other monopods. This stability allows you to bend over flowers, butterflies, animals, still life with improved sharpness of image. Not meant to stand alone with ANY equipment on top, especially lights.

    I would recommend this to a friend

    I wanted to use this as an off camera light stand, but the legs are not wide enough to stand on it's own. I returned it to the store.
