The monopod works as advertised, overall is well thought out. Could be a little sturdier when fully extended.

bought this to take on my trip to europe. It was nice and compact and fit in my backpack. However it didnt fit in my purse that i used as my camera bag so i never actually used it. It was still not a bad purchase. It may come in handy for when my niece has gymnastics and i take photos.

So I'm not a professional photographer, heck, not even a novice photographer, but I will say that this monopod is pretty lightweight and durable in comparison to others that I scoped out before buying. The price point is on point and you can also triple its use as a monopod, walking stick and security baton. I bought this for my trip to Costa Rica this summer and it held steady in the dirt, rocks, and sand during my time lapse shots. I also used it (out of necessity) as a walking stick when did we a night time jungle walk and the bottom plastic piece broke off. Bummer. Other than that, it serves its purpose and you definitely wont be disappointed.

Pros: light, 4 clasps, handle, attractive.
Cons: strap low quality, slightly wobbly on the bottom section.
not recommended for DSLR's, too heavy. I use a Fujifilm S8300 works well, overall a nice monopod.

This monopod is very easy to master and packs away small enough to fit in a standard camera bag. Perfect for stabilizing the camera with a larger lens on it.
