    This is now the third online order that I have had issues with. When ordering online and it indicates available in One(1) hour you expect that what you ordered online will actually be available. Again in this case yet another online order NOT available even though as I found out the product was actually in stock at my designated store and was being shipped from another location???? This is a major turn for my wanting to do business with BestBuy much longer. Amazon is simply too reliable and just if not more competitive in pricing for the same items. The sales associate (Izzy) that I dealt with today was VERY professional and did her best to resolve my issue but ultimately was not. This is also my second complaint about the very same issue. I tried the online Best Buy app but it became very clear that I not only could not get this resolved but I also could not speak to a human to discuss. I can call Amazon and speak to an agent to discuss my issues, why can't BB to do the same???
