This show caught my eye online and I decided to take a chance and purchase on blu-ray. it's competently written, well-acted and has an interesting setting for a show. It's also very well produced and captures the period and location very well. If you have an interest in World War II era drama set in an unusual place (New Mexico) I recommend Manhattan - Season 1. Curious to see where things develop for Season 2.

Great TV Series. Disappointed they didn't release season 2. Great production - high quality Series - that is big screen deserving material. Very highly recommended.

a part of the history of world war 2. the atomic bomb was a tough job add the job made tougher by some of the paranoid government officials. a good watch and worth the time

Yeah, it's a fictional account of a very important historic event and as film and TV so often does, a bit over-dramatized. But still a good show to watch. Looking forward to future seasons.

Manhattan is a series that delivers! The show is set pre-WWII, and is about the folks who were designing the Atom Bomb. Great acting!

I had never seen Manhattan when I got the blu-ray. I liked the show. The blu-ray looks and sounds good for a tv show.

This show is amazing. It took a couple episodes to get into it but after that boom I was hooked.
