pulls hairs instead of trimmer the worst trimmer I have ever had

Used it once in the shower. Now it doesn't work 15 days after buying it. After charging it all night it'll turn on for about a second and a half and turn off automatically.

Broke within a week of buying. The cause? I could HEAR water inside the thing. Not actually waterproof like they say, get a 4.0

My “boys” did not like getting nicked on every shave I tried. Media blitz on this product is great but my body groom never had an issue!

Stopped working after 6 months, says it’s water proof but after using it in the shower it stopped working.

Going on 4 years and this thing still cuts and trims like day 1. Would highly recommend it.

Best manscape tool ever used. If used properly it shouldnt cut you, take your time apply it as flat as you can to whatever your trying to manscape,and go slow and follow the curves as close as you can. I have only used it in dry mode, I would think in wet conditions the hairs would get stuck on the trimmer and not fall freely. Worked great on before vacation trim.

I bought this for Christmas for my son. Works very well.

I just got mine today and used it with no issues. I used the guard and had zero pulling, zero cuts, and a pretty close trim. I'm sure without the guard it's super smooth but I haven't the confidence for that just yet. I don't know what those with bad experiences are doing wrong, but go slow and you're good! Wish I bought it sooner!

Makes it so easy to trim in the most sensitive areas

Bought this product just over a year ago. It worked okay, didn't cut as close as I'd have liked and it would no doubt nick you drawing blood, especially around the twins. Well the other day it just up and stopped charging. I contacted their customer support and they suggested I bypassed the charging base and plug the USB charging cable directly into the trimmer itself. I tried their advise, but it still wouldn't charge so I emailed them back to advise them of this, oh by the way, they will only help with support via email, no phone interaction at all, anyhow to wrap this up they emailed me back and informed me that my Lawn mower 3.0 was unfortunately not long out of warranty, however they'd give me a 20% discount on buying a new one. I am very disappointed with their product as I figured it would be a more reliable and better built trimmer as per their advertisement, but unfortunately it isn't. I have cheaper model trimmers that I've had for year's and you know they still worked, should've just stuck with them, but I thought I was getting a more superior and higher quality made trimmer, but that wasn't the case. I suggest you avoid dealing with Manscape because their products are not as advertised and their customer service isn't very helpful. This is my experience with their product and I'll have to live with my decision on buying their product and learning a valuable lesson, so basically buyer beware of what Manscape advertises, because it's not the high quality, well made product they claim it to be.
