A: It's adjustable. No clip and then clip on that can be adjusted to two different lengths.

A: Thanks so much for your question! As long as the wall adapter that the consumer is using has an output of 5V DC 500mAh-1000mAh, it will work with 220V.
A: You can use it is the shower just do not put it on the charger after the shower until it drys. Also if you are shaving privately parts be careful the razor is sharp and one wrong move in the wet shower could cut you good. I know this from personal experience.
