It's comfortable to use, doesn't pull the hairs (ouch) and the tip can be cleaned in the faucet. I love that it can be used wet or dry, and that it's rechargeable. I saw this one and read the reviews and decided to spend the money and give it a try. So far very much. Very high quality and durable. Seems built very well.

I am not sure it works any better than the cheaper versions but the plus is the quality. Great overall but could be better.

It doesn't pull but it's also not accurate. I feel like I had to go over the same spot a couple of times to get everything. The power switch sticks sometimes too. They could have at least included a case for the price.
