Mantovani's Finest Hour!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.He was well known on both sides of "The Great Pond",yet,he didn't have a "Live" Lp..that is,until this London/DECCA UK Lp came out in 1969..the title in the US was "Mantovani Live at the Royal Festival Hall"..it contained just 12 tracks,yet its UK cousin sported 2 more and was retitled with this title on the CD..London/Polygram reissued this on CD in the '80's,but never with the impeccable sound this one has,thanx to Mike Dutton! Vocalion/Dutton Labs did this collector of Monty's recordings proud! Well done!
