The sound quality is just fantastic. The setup was easy, it took me about 10 minutes to complete. I haven't learned how to use everything, but I'm sure I'll have fun figuring it out. I recommend this receiver wholeheartedly...

I was wrong; the richness of the audio is great! I really feel like I am in a theater when watching movies in Atmos. Also, Chris at the Best Buy Magnolia was amazing - give this man a raise! I am a VERY loyal Magnolia customer now because of the quality of service he gave us when making our purchase.

Wile electronics were changing I had to upgrade and went away from Marantz because I couldn't spend the money. 4 other brands over the years and none sounded as good. So glad I spent the money to get back to Marantz.

HIGHER PRICE, BUT WILL LAST MUCH LONGER (Cheaper!)

My previous Pioneer Elite 9-channel was amazing (at half the price!), but Pioneer took the cheap route, sold off their customer service to Onkyo, who then discontinued parts to support Pioneer products. After only 7 years, I had to toss my Pioneer Elite 9-channel, for a $2 part that is no longer available. Over 60 years of loving Pioneer products, but I'm done with them. And I will NEVER buy from Onkyo either. In the long run, it's cheaper to buy the best. DON'T BUY PIONEER OR ONKYO JUNK!!!

Very satisfied. I found the installation to my home theater system went smoothly. The tutorial, diagrams, and self testing were a great help. I thought I might need to call the Geek Squad for assistance but didn't need to.

Works well with eARC input on my new Sony which was the reason for the purchase. More than enough power for my Martin Logan speakers. You can spend more. It comes down to what speaker array you have.

Great Dolby Atmos movie experience!!

Replaced my Sony STR D-1000 7.1 with the SR5015 7.2. I recently added Definitive 9040 Towers & A90 Atmos speakers to my system. I needed a receiver that could decode Dolby Atmos and allow 4K pass thru. I went with the SR5015 because it had those plus 8K. I figured I should get up to 8K so I don't need to replace another receiver when I move to an 8K TV. On screen setup was easy to follow and very detailed. The Dolby Atmos sound is just like being in the theater! My movies have never sounded better!

WOW! What a difference the sound is in my theater room since hooking up the Marantz. I would highly recommend this receiver.

So we bought this upgraded model. The sales associate told us that if we ever upgrade our televisions in the future, this Manrantz receiver will be compatible! It's working better so far than the last one.
