    My previous Denon 1913 and my Harmon Kardon AB Amp were each efficient and smooth sounding in their own way, but this Marantz blows them both away, giving me fuller Dolby and 5.1 effects, and dynamically better sound from the front. Handles the sound well, and I like the porthole design and GUI. The HEOS support is not thoroughly explained and the front AUX HDMI port is audio only(?) according to Marantz themselves. I’m also on my third one in 9 months, due to a likely bad upscaler and then bad microprocessor. Marantz support and Best Buy have been wonderful in troubleshooting and exchanging the units out. Protection plan saved me weeks in transit shipping time thanks to instore replacement

    Sounds great. Easy hookup. Very user friendly. Hooked it up to 9 difinitive AW6500. Awesome surround sound

    Marantz not working properly. When trying to change volume or input I loose sound. I am returning unit because now best buy does not carry 6012 now.

    After only a few months the sound dropped out. Nearest approved repair shop is 300 miles away
