Some would consider this a low-budget lackluster production and they would be right. but for those Who like their historical adventures in the form of Italian pelum this is for you. Made in the same vein As a Steve reeves film. The story follows Rory Caulhon in the main title role doing his best to emulate Gary cooper as he aids in starting a civil war against a evil warlord. Beautiful sets and costumes are really well thought out and to be honest, secretly l like films like this as it’s a nostalgic reminder of the matinée nonsense that l grew up with and it would actually make a great double feature with kino’s ‘Samson and the seven miracles” current release. (In which some of the locations of this film were made) Maro polo is shown in its original 2.35.1 aspect and has great remaster in both image and sound quality.
