Christmas present for the nephew but we adult have been having so much fun with this! Especially when the pets get in the way or chase down the cart while playing! Makes them seem like part of the game’s monsters! Downside is there can be some lag time while playing. Don’t know if it’s WiFi connection or the game.

I bought a switch and this to play with my 7 year old daughter. I had to figure out how to setup and use the switch first, so once I got familiar with that, I helped her set up a course and she has a lot of fun playing, what she considers a “boys”.

Amazing game to add to the collection. A must have on your collection. Love the racing action, the moves and graphic of this game using your own background. Awesome deal to also use the Best buy Plus membership. Highly recommend to get it.

The toy of the year. Sold out everywhere. Had to back order it but Best Buy came through in the clutch. It’s a cool toy. Not cheap. But worth it. Got one of each for my two boys so they can race each other. Great fun for all and it’s something they will play with time and time again.

The kids love playing with this. Definitely different from what I grew up with. They enjoy making some crazy and unique tracks to race on. And it's fun for adults as well.

This accessary is better than I could've ever imagined. However I'm not sure its worth the $100 price tag. If you can get it on sale go for it! If you're buying it full price it's fine, too because the app it needs to integrate with the Switch device is free. I like that on the Switch I can customize the barricades and check points. However, the check points are made of cardboard so they can be easily bent if you're not careful during setup/breakdown. The car is sturdy. My dog chewed on it and there are no bite marks and the wheels popped back on like Lego wheels. I like that the charging port looks like a gas tank. Overall, I think this was the most fun my roommate and I have had since the pandemic started. So, if this Kart is in stock buy it. (We're in college and played with this for hours)

Super fun! Bought for Christmas. 7 year old loved it! Fun for the whole family. Cats got some track time too. Cool to see pets walk through course on the switch. Definitely entertaining. Bought Black Friday special. Very happy!

Bought it for my son. Fist thing he said after playing this game was that it has more features than expected. My other son wants to buy one so they can race against each other. Make sure you have enough space to lay out the tract route. Both boys will be busy for a bit.

This is so fun! We are having a blast creating our courses and navigating our way around them. The camera is better than I anticipated and it's fun to see our home (and our little dog who tries to attack) from the ground perspective. Very entertaining!

I enjoyed this so much, you have to get use to it at first but once you get the hang of it it becomes so much fun setting up your track. Only downfall is you need space and sometimes it comes off line if it is too far but overall amazing concept

So much fun to have it. I was waiting to get it since the official release until I bought it on Mario Day on sale. I'm surprised the camera is clear and playing it in home circuit design is a great experience. Worth every peeny.

Mario Kart Live has been one of the best purchases that I've made. It is fun, exciting and you can add another set so you can race each other among friends or family. Kids really enjoyed this product just as much as us adults do.

This is such a fun toy if you like being creative with setting up your own tracks or want a little spice added to a traditional RC car. The kit comes with a car and cardboard markers for setting up checkpoints, item spots, and speed boosters. The actual app for the switch is downloaded for free. As far as gameplay goes, it isn't super amazing, but it is very fun. The kart will adjust its speeded based on the different CC categories, boosts and power-ups. It even has a drifting feature that, while a nice addition, works ok-ish (real-life physics aren't like videogames). The main appeal comes from using with friends and family. A blue-shell can be a setback when you're winning, but a house cat knocking your kart off course can be devastating.

Great game. My kids love it. I Ended up buying the luigi version so my kids can play together. The car is a decent size. Its like a medium size remote control car. Great for all ages. Highly recommend.

Nintendo quality and all the fun of Mario Kart in the living room. Way more fun with both the Mario and Luigi Karts. Crashed into the dog a few times. Runs great on my hardwood floor, don't think carpet would work too good.

Tons of fun. The smaller people in your family will love playing this one and the overgrown children may as well. Highly recommeding getting this if you have a switch and another friend with a switch to race you

really cool, is a blast to use, but unfortunately it isnt dynamic enough to stay interesting or exciting. he loved it for awhile but now it just sits cuz it didnt have enough unique or fun stuff if you have the extra money to spend get it, but dont stretch if you think its a high price

Being able to drive a Mario cart around your house and use the AR in the switch is really cool. Been playing this for hours with my kids. Be warned if you buy multiple carts, you have to have multiple switches.

My son received this item for Christmas and is very pleased with it. It does take a bit of time to set it up and I hope the cardboard pieces will hold up over time. However, it is a fun little toy. It doesn't go super fast but ran all over. It does not need the arrows and such. It will run in areas where they are not up. It will also run over carpet, as well as hard floors. The car was actually bigger than I expected it to be. A little pricey, but probably not bad considering what you get. I'll probably going to be buying another for my younger son since it doesn't appear that a second car can run on one system. I am going to look into that a bit more though,

Bought this for my son who is a big Mariokart fan. He likes this but doesn’t play with it as much as regular mariokart.
