Looking forward to revisiting this as Coppola intended. I wish there was a 4K restoration release but this will do.

Very good ending to the Godfather saga. I think 1 & 2 were better but it is better than 3. It makes it complete.

The purpose of this redo should have been to solve the original's real problem - recast Sophia Coppola's role.

I really like the edit. It fits in nicely with the duo movie of 1 and 2 that runs in sequential order. Now joy everyone enjoys that or even 3 in general but still a decent movie…

It is a must see for the serious Godfather series followers. it puts a different view on the final movie.

It was good to rewatch but i didnt feel that the changes were that significant from the previous version.

This version burns a little cooler which fits with the more reflective tone Coppola says he's going for. Video is good, a little cleaner/sharper than I remember the theatrical version being. Audio is remixed and the scenes inside in bigger spaces have more of a noticable echo then I remember. I think it is an improvement on the original but your mileage may vary.

A good film has been made even better. Slight changes. All of them good ones. A very good looking film.

This was worth watching if youre a fan. I like both cuts, this one is just shorter and a bit easier to follow. Hopefully a 4k release for the trilogy will be out soon.

For The Godfather fans there are some noticeable changes. Clearer picture and restructuring of scenes. If you are a Godfather collector its a must have for your collection.

It is definitely better than the original version. The pacing it tided up better. A lot of "filler" material is taken out. Overall, it feels like the same movie, just less tedious.

I didn’t even know this version existed until right before I bought this and Best Buy had it on sale with an attractive slip cover and great price. Great movie, great price.

Coppola is always a master filmmaker. It is great to see how he changed certain things in this retelling of the final chapter of the saga of the corleone family.

Another version of Godfather part 3 with extra scenes. Interesting!
