I'm addicted to tracking all aspects of my life. I've used many different smart cups/bottles to try and track my water intake. I've hated all of them, but absolutely love this cup. The design is phenominal and it works like a dream. I love it so much I'm considering getting another so I can keep one at home and one in the office.

This has been an amazing addition to my health routine. I've been working to pay more attention to my health, and addressing hydration has been a huge benefit for me. Your body is like 70% water or something, so it's important. I find myself more alert, and can get through that 3pm groggy state with ease now. The experience has gotten continually better, and I appreciate having a simple but practical way to stay on top of this. Getting some compliments for the look and feel is always nice as well. If you want a simple, effective way to check out how you're doing throughout the day, this is highly recommended.

Because of this thing, I'm now addicted to water. When I'm not at my 'Pryme', I can feel it... less focused, less energy, headaches, etc. Plus I once had a kidney stone, and I refuse to have another one. My wife loves her Pryme too.

In my opinion, worth the money. Certainly the best looking water bottle. I wish it held more volume, but I mostly use it in the office, so it's easy enough for me to refill often. Definitely getting good use out of it, keeping me motivated to drink when I would otherwise be to busy to pay attention to my hydration.
