Still doesnt stay in small ears

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Theyre decent but i have small ears and the only thing that ever stayed in them were the airpods, which is why i bought these since they're a similar shape. They stay in for a little but if i chew or talk too much they fall out or they loosen which causes them to pause the audio.

Anything from marshall is gonna be really good. I have a marshall kilburn, 2 embertons, stockwell 2, willen and of coursh these buds. All sojnd so good. Buy them you wont regret it.

Tried the bud route...

Posted .Hello Antonella, if the earbuds don't fit well in your ear, you won't get a good seal which can allow the sound to escape. It sounds like this may have been your experience and we are sorry to hear that. Try the Motif ANC models, they have different sized sleeves so that you can get the right fit for your ear and the best audio experience.

Worst experience ive had with best buy.

They initially didnt ship them, so they had to “re-ship” after i complained on the day they were supposed to arrive. Upon receiving them, they had zero charge whatsoever, so they its clear they either dont ship them in a “sleep” state, or this is a defective product. The battery was completely dead. So after charging them for a few hours, i put them in my ears, connected them etc. I was happy with everything until 10 minutes later. I got a drum sound in my ear (marshalls notification) and checked the app to see the headphones were at 40% and 50% charged. So i thought maybe they werent fully charged as they arrived completely dead. Charged for a few more hours, got a repeat experience. Awful, awful product. Im giving them one more chance. Im returning this pair and ordering a replacement. If the replacement headphones are good, ill revise this review. So far this has been a terrible experience. The headphones sound good, i like the app, but if theyre useless all of that is for nothing.

Posted .Hello, I am very sorry to hear about your experience with your Minor III. I believe you may have received faulty headphones. This would not have been the fault of Best Buy and Marshall Headphones takes responsibility for the issue. I really hope you do decide to give the headphones another shot by exchanging them for a new pair. If you ever have any issues after the return period has expired, Marshall Headphones offers great after sales services and are willing to help with any issues you might have whether it is troubleshooting or warranty replacement. While the headphones are still within the return period, Best Buy will be able to assist with any physical issues the headphones may be having. Again, my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and let down this has caused you. Take care.

They don’t have the customization that air pods do. But sound is good, bass is good. Battery life is good. Case battery life is good. Makes a guitar string strum sound when connected to phone.

Waste of money

Gas station quality can’t describe how displeased I was. They keep falling out and the sound both as music and calls it’s horrible you need both on to get a decent sound. I tried avoiding another pair of AirPods and was very happy since it’s an old school brand but yeah no don’t buy it.

With the earbuds, it is important to get a good fit as the fit will ensure that the audio is experienced in full: the audio quality would have been influenced by the poor fit. Have you considered over-ear headphones? The Monitor II ANC may be a good match with their noise cancellation and comfortable fit.

Not worth the money

Sound quality is just mediocre. They also randomly disconnect from your device, then they take forever to reconnect.
