I just bought this as a Christmas gift got my son. it has great sound but Bluetooth does not work. I have tried multiple devises to pair it with, multiple iphones, a win 7 laptop, a Chromebook and none can find it. This is unacceptable for this kind of money that a company will keep selling such a low quality piece of garbage.

Hello, thanks for the review and feedback. It sounds like the headphones aren't being put into pairing mode. Follow the steps below when pairing the Monitor Bluetooth headphones with your sound source (smartphone, tablet or computer) for the first time.
Activate the Bluetooth feature on your sound source, according to its user manual and be sure it isn't already connected to different Bluetooth device.
Please start with the headphones powered off:
1) Put the headphones in pairing mode: press the gold button and hold it until the LED light is flashing blue (approx 8-10 seconds).
after approximately 3-5 seconds, the headphones will power on and the LED will go white
after approximately 8-10 seconds, the LED light will cycle to blue and the headphones will now be available to pair to the music source
2) Select and connect to the Monitor Bluetooth headphones on your sound source, according to the user manual of said device
After the initial pairing, the two devices will auto-connect when they are switched on and within range of each other (10 meters).
