I was going to buy a smaller model, but the price for the smaller and this one was exactly the same since this item was on sale. I pull it out of the box and you can see right away that the vintage design its very appealing, with a touch of antique/modern look. When I tried it I was so amazed with the clarity and clean sound, I can probably say that its quality beats the well known Bose speaker. I would highly recomend the Marshall Stanmore II, you will not regret it.

I love this speaker! First of all, the look of the speaker is beautiful. I'm a guitar player and I was immediately drawn to the aesthetics. Secondly, the sound quality does not disappoint. It completely fills up my living room. Deep, boomy bass without getting muddy. Love it!

Absolutely fantastic bluetooth speaker. Very stylish(I've gotten multiple compliments on the look already) and it has an impressive range and depth of sound. I wish it wasn't corded, however it lets this get a fantastic quality and power output. This is going to be my primary speaker for a long time. I did get it on clearance(this is last year's model) however I think it was well worth above the price I paid.

I had this for a couple days and tested it on multiple inputs and with a good variety of music types. This is a solid cabinet with some cool features. The Bluetooth was easy to set up, and it has aux and stereo RCA inputs. Tone control is a bass and treble dial which does do well to color your music the way you want it. Test set up: Bass flat at 0 Treble flat at 0 Sources were Bluetooth with Dolby Atmos filter enabled from the phone. AUX with same phone and audio output to RCA from a Denon processor. Played some bass heavy rap music and I must say the bass from the 50 watt sub was impressive. The highs were good as well, even without adding tone from the treble dial. The spread was wide and had a good bass thump that you could hear and feel. Mids were flat and almost sounded a bit hallow even without the Dolby filter on. Highs were clear and bright. As I adjusted tone controls I could hear a clear difference and there was almost no distortion at a moderate volume levels. For the other types of music the results were also pretty good. The clarity was noticeably better on solo piano and guitar music. Once the vocals came in the sound becomes a bit hallow, it lacks mid range...the crossover between the sub and mid level bass just isn't right. The addition of a mid bass level adjustment knob might have made a difference too. Overall I would recommend this for a room or a garage space. It's not ideal as it must be powered by AC voltage at all times, no option for portability here. This speaker has good sound pressure levels, but is not as sofisticated quality of sound as say a Bose or HEOS stand alone speaker. My rating is based on the overall Sonic quality of the system, not just how loud it goes. If you just want loud speakers, get the big ugly Sony speaker!

I think this item has two strengths than other similar products: 1. The design is really antique and elegant. This will make your house shine. 2. The sound is really great. I live in the 950 sq feet house and this is enough for my house. Moreover, the quality of the bass is excellent. However, it is quite expensive. If it is discounted, then I strongly recommend you to buy it.

I have several Bluetooth speakers. A Harmon Kardon mini, a larger HK model (round shape, cannot recall the model), a Bose color unit (about $120), and a Dr. Drew. This Marshall unit is superior to all the above. Nice base and the “sound stage” or depth of sound is impressive. None of the others have this and it adds significantly to the quality of the music.

I decided to treat myself to one of these Marshall Systems and believe me I wasn’t disappointed ! A truly outstanding Speaker in every respect and it looks superb with its old school traditional Marshall style

Love this classic looking speaker. I did need to use the app to change the equalizer to get it to sound good to my ear, but now it's perfect. Sometimes, it gives me a problem when switching songs or albums (Amazon Music). It says it's connected but no sound comes out? I have to go press the power switch to make it come back on. Super Annoying!! But, it really does sound good. Nice base line that I was looking for. It isn't really portable if that is what you're looking for. But it can be moved from room to room. I would love it it had a handle. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

This is a very powerful amp with excellent sound in the upper and lower range. I use it as my music player for the pool in the back patio connecting a bluetooth iPod or an Amazon Echo using the auxiliary connection. Our pool parties have gotten new life! Highly recommended!

Captures the Marshall sound. Great bass and range; very clear and crisp sound. Very glad I made this purchase for my office. Fills the room with audiophile quality sound quality. For excellent sound in a home great room or rec room, I'd recommend connecting two of these speakers via cable to create a "surround sound" feel.

This speaker is amazing!!! It has great sound and can really rock when you want to. It is a beautiful and the classic look makes it a conversation piece when friends come over and they can believe the sound it produces. Loved it so much, I brought the larger multi room Woburn speaker....amazing!!!!!

I've went through many top name Bluetooth speakers and none of them come close to this one. I wish I didn't waste so much money on a lot of garbage speakers ( like JBL, Beats...) I even have a decent Harmon Karden studio 6, & this is by far better. It was on sale for a great price. I got it to pair with another Marshall I had & I really love this speaker

Great loud sound, heavy bass and solidly built. Unfortunately, has to be plugged in to run. Does not run on rechargeable batteries.

Amazing sound and a very well built package. Stayed in a hotel that had these in the room. I had to get one and I definitely love the sound and the looks. It has some amazing bass that fills the room nicely. It easily connects via Bluetooth. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought this speaker to use with a pool patio movie projector set up - with CV-19 we like to set up a portable screen and watch movies on the lanai - the normal bluetooth beach, golf or on the go speakers are just not loud enough outside and this one really does he trick. I would highly recommend for indoor or outdoor use

This speaker is amazing, the clarity of every level in music it’s amazing! The Highs and mids are on point,very accurate, and the bass beats out my JBL Cyrene by far. People have not been able to wrap their minds around the sound from a small unit like this.
