Good for music but worse for phone/audio calls.

Reason for 3 star is because microphone is horrible most of the time people had hard time to hear the voice.

Posted .Hi Chuck, thanks for your review and feedback. Have you returned to the store with the speaker to be sure that there isn't anything wrong with it? Unfortunately bad

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The speaker itself is very nice feeling not too heavy not too light, it’s got a nice silicon soft touch exterior and it just generally looks beautiful as a small speaker. But the sound/loudness/audio quality of this speaker are incredibly underwhelming and generally just bad. It sounds small there’s almost no bass and the clarity is lacking severely. I wouldn’t reccomend buying it unless it’ll sit on a shelf forever.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the Willen, did you return the speaker to the store and discuss it with a store agent? Something sounds not quite right, this isn't how the Willen is normally described so we wonder if something was wrong with it. Did you have the speaker standing up or on its side? We hope you will consider a different model of Marshall Speakers again in the future.

They are excellent due to that my vehicles are pre 2011 and helps enhance my audio from my mobile apps. I highly recommend this product.

Nice speaker

I took it back and got another one and it does the same thing. Other than that this is a great little speaker. I do think the price is a bit high though.
