Everything about this speaker oozes with quality. From the retro design to the quality of the knobs, everything is well thought out and executed. The sound is exceptional, and I rarely go beyond 9’clock on the volume knob. Bass is good between 60hz all the way up to 200hz without any distortion or roll off. Highs and mids are considered warm, has nice tonality without any sibilance or fatigue when listening. The Woburn sounds great with Classic Rock and Jazz in particular. Oscar Peterson’s rendition of Volare sounds sensational throughout the spectrum....every note, peak and valley of the piano is faithfully reproduced with the clarity and vibrance as if you were there live. If there is one downside, I wish this unit had an internal lithium battery so I could take it on the go. Granted, it may be big for a portable Bluetooth speaker but it would have been nice to have that as an option. This unit is not the Multi Room version, but for my uses, it doesn’t matter at all. If you are on the fence or thinking about purchasing this gem, do yourself a favor and buy it ASAP, you won’t be disappointed!

This speaker is fantastic. Rich mids and lows with crisp highs. Fills my apartment at 3 out of 10 volume (loudly) with concert quality sound. This speaker gets LOUD. Marshall a trusted name in professional musician concert sound took a shot at an in house Bluetooth speaker and knocked it out of the park.

You won’t be disappointed with the volume this speaker puts out. I first owned the Stanmore and loved that I could crank the volume to the max to crystal clear music. While I can do that to the Woburn, it’s really got some base and doesn’t have the sound quality as the Stanmore. But it is definitely louder. I found that I can turn it up about 3/4 with clear sound. Anything over that and the sound quality decreas s dramatically. All in all I am happy with the sound of this speaker.

Was looking for a speaker for my Christmas gathering. Wanted something I could hook up to my phone and play nice low Christmas tunes, but also crank up and rock the house as the night progressed. This speaker more than fit the bill. Very clear with good tones when turned down low for background music. But this speaker will amaze you as you turn it up !! The sound does not get distorted and it will literally shake your windows. It's volume goes to 10 and the loudest I've had it is 6.5 and it rocks !!! Great for a dance party. The sound that comes out of this little speaker box is incredible. And the wife even approves the old fashion look !! So it stays out all the time ready to go. You don't have to go hide it after use. Only drawback is that it is pricy !! Watch for it to go on sale to save a few bucks but this speaker is worth every penny and the only speaker you'll ever need.

i been eyeing this Woburn for the past 2 years, and i caught it on a black friday deal for $250 it was a steal. the marshall brand itself tells a great history of great speaker maker. this woburn is no exception i love the quality of the sound, everything is present the highs, lows, and mids they all sound great with no distortion at high volume. im happy i got it wow...

These speakers work very well with my record player and Alexa. I needed something with very good bass and sound but still looks stylish and minimalist in my living room. Definitely gonna buy another Marshall speaker for upstairs this coming black Friday.

The sound that comes from this little box is absolutely amazing!!!... The only reason it gets four stars instead of five is because it is not truly wireless (requires an AC outlet) nor is it wether proof. It DOES however fill my entire 1500sq ft home with THUMPING bass and rich clear mids & treble! I have only turned it up to 40% volume at this point, VERY LOUD for its small size!!!

Compact speaker. Can be put anywhere in the house. Awsome punch with volume low or high. No issues with bluetooth connectivity. Love to listen to loud music on this speaker. Overall I love it!

I was looking for a speaker that was wireless and was powerful in bass and sound. The style of the speaker made me love it even more. Marshall did a great job with this speaker
