Such detailed sound is produced from this center channel speaker. I've owned center-channel speakers from Kef, B&W, JBL & Klipsch some of which cost twice the price but the is the most detailed speaker I have ever owned.

Makes a world of difference to have the right center channel speaker. The EM-ESL's work seamlessly with the EM-C2. I would highly recommend this pairing to anyone thinking about upgrading they're system.

I bought a complete new home-theater with Martin Logan Ethos and this center speaker. Since I had the Martin Logan Cinema at my last home cinema, I was very disappointed, especially when I listened to SACDs. Therefore I decided to replace the ElectroMotion with a used Cinema.

The Martin Logan center channel is very good and the price was excellent.

The speakers in this center channel are much better than my previous JBL model.

I decided it was time to buy a complete system to replace my 25 year old JBLs. This was my first choice for a center. After comparing the sound to the ML 50XT using the new 60XT floor speakers I upgraded to the 50XT center as the speakers were more voice matched.

This Electro-Motion series new center channel speaker C2 (it just came out and I finally got it as there was a backlog from Magnolia Audio Video) is perfectly mated by Martin Logan to match the Electro-Motion series ESL speakers. The C2 now carries a bulk of the weight for dialogue and sound, and the ESLs are on standby for any peripheral or surround sound. It's a clean design and perfectly fits my home theater furniture. I have the Avion Espresso cabinet from BDIUSA.com that Magnolia Audio/Video sells as well. And it gets its power from the speaker wire. No power source needed unlike the ESLs or even my sub-woofer (also an ML model - Dynamo 700). If you have ESLs get this one as your center channel!

I am utterly impressed by this center channel. My first home theater system was a SONY, and I thought it was great. But then I heard Klipsch and praised about Klipsch, then I discovered MartinLogan. What can I say? I'm very-very-very impressed. I have never heard speakers sound so clear.. and life like.. This center channel is a major-major upgrade from my last center channel which was a Klipsch VC-25. This MartinLogan BLOWS that old Klipsch out the water, it's so clear, loud, and CRISP!!.. It's more efficient aswell. Those good-ol boys at MartinLogan really did their homework. I watched IRONMAN 2 on blu-ray and it never ONCE distorted, even when there was talking and explosion scenes occurring simultaneously. Also watch a concert on blu-ray as-well and normally I'd watch those types of blu-rays in stereo-mode with the sub, but this time I selected the 5.1 mode and had a grin on my face from ear-to-ear. Yeah.. It's that impressive.. This ONE speaker may cost more than most soundbar packages and entry-level home theater systems, but if you truly are an audiophile, do a favor for yourself and go listen to it. The workers at Best Buy are always more then helpful and accommodating, well they were to me when I was considering different types of center channel speakers. MartinLogan has changed the way I listen to music, watch movies, play games, and enjoy concerts at home.

I bought the upper end ML CC as I wanted the closest match to my ML fronts. They have a lower end model, I don't think, comparatively, its a good value. This Center Channel running off my Native Denon 4310 amplifier sounded good, a little thin, but VERY intelligible. The folded ribbon integrates nicely with my Martin Logan fronts, but I actually put the CC in first and used it for a day with my old B&W front end and it really worked well, I think the added vocal clarity was just missing from my B&W center channel. A couple days ago, I finally made space in the rack and installed my Macintosh amps and now this center channel is running on its own, Mac 100 Watt channel. Its stunning. Its clear, its full sounding, I run full spectrum through it and it handles the abuse very well. Wihle ML is not known for conventional driver speakers, they obviously got this one right. I highly recommend it, and even if you don't have Martin Logan fronts, I would try this CC. Its lovely and well built and most of all, warm and full bodied.

I UPGRADED FROM A BOWES CENTER CHANNEL TO THIS MARTIN LOGAN CENTER CHANNEL SPEAKER AND HEARD THE DIFFERENCE FROM THE VERY START. A GREAT, POWERFUL SPEAKER TO ADD TO YOUR HOME THEATRE SETUP. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE, AND WOULD BUY OTHER SPEAKER FROM THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.
