Needed some in ceiling speakers for our new home. Went to Purchase Polk as I had before, but was turned on to these by the sales associate. Use them for surround sound speakers, and they sounds great. I really like that the grill is magnetic, so no exposed screws, and it pops right off if you need to access the speaker. Would definitely buy these again.

These were a recommendation from the Magnolia in home appointment specialist. After receiving them, I installed them and turned them on. These speakers have an incredibly narrow sound field (they dont project sound in a large area). i have 9' ceilings and a 7.1 surround sound to accompany my LG 65C8 OLED. I have tried tuning, settings, 2 receivers, and still these speakers have yet to do anything impressive. The issue Im having the most frustration with is with there being 7 speakers including the Motion 40 center, if you stand anywhere but the very center of the room, you literally only hear a single speaker. When you jam out to music and walk around I can really only explain it as walking down a 50' hallway that has 1 speaker every 10'. The volume goes up and you still hear whatever speaker youre closest to, but while its louder you really dont hear much. Now their physical design looks terrific, they really mount almost completely flush to the ceiling and the magnetic grill cover attaches and stays attached extremely well. in that aspect of their design they really nailed it. But as far as sound and quality, its sad to go to the Hub store to hear the floor sales guy downing the product and saying they wouldve never sold me these speakers and to look at Definitive ceiling speakers and possibly one with an 8" driver vs the 6.5" These speakers produce as much base as your 20 year old clock radio does, with a single 10 650W sub it helps fill part of the missing sound field, but you have single area sound production as the ceiling and center really provide no addition base which would help with a more constant level of sound. overall, not thrilled, but, if you know nothing about good sound and just want something in your house to save money, i would still not get these. Im returning and getting other speakers from Amazon because bestbuy customer service is a joke.

I bought these for use as in-ceiling surround speakers. They are very reasonably priced and you can tell just from looking at the speakers that they are well made. They sound great during movies and have more bass than I expected. They match well with Motion 40 mains, especially after calibration from YPAO receiver.

Bought and installed as surround speakers. Much better than I was expecting, I thought they would sound good but they exceeded expectations. They actually provide decent bass for a ceiling speaker. Great value.

Got these to replace older in-ceiling speakers and connect to Sonos amp. Sound is great and while I wasn't really looking for this, the ring less cover looks really clean and sleek.

I installed 2 sets (4 speakers) in my ceiling throughout my home. They are amplified through a Bose sound touch amplifier. They sound fantastic, great mid range.

Quality sound and build!!!! Very slim profile you can hardly see them on the walls!!!!

Great Sound and very clean finish look. I am very happy that you don't have the white plastic ring like a lot of other speakers.

I installed these ceiling speakers above my entryway and couldn’t be happier. The install process was straightforward and the sound incredible. I had listened to a higher series and more expensive Martin Logan ceiling speakers at a Best Buy Magnolia and was hooked.

I had very nice infinity speakers before but were not in ceiling. They were hanging. My wife did not want them anymore so we decided to get these speakers and the sound is out standing. We enjoy them very much.

I have a smaller movie room and this is more than perfect for my space. I have no idea how this would perform in a large movie room. For my space, I feel like I am in the movie. Sound is crisp and clear.

Excellent in-wall speakers. You and hear every sound and instrument clearly. These speakers are 10 times better then Bose. I will take Martin Logan speakers hands down

These are super easy to install. The covers blend right in to the ceiling for an unnoticed speaker.
