Chose these Martin-Logans for my 7.2 surround. Matched with ML center and ML sub. These in-wall speakers work for my budget and provide clear and crisp sound. Like the fact that they have no borders and blend nicely and hardly noticible in wall.

I purchased MartinLogan speakers ( in wall front, stand alone center, and ceiling mounted rear ) for home theater. Sound is about the same as speakers costing half as much. Sound is flat overall and you very rarely can tell the rear speakers are on. Wireless Sonos sounded fuller , richer. Previous home theater had Bose cubes 5:1 sound. Bass was heavier and surround sound much more noticeable . There is no comparison to the 10 year old Bose system I had.
