Great design, cool figure. Pinless joints, decent articulation. Cape gets in the way a bit. Glad Hasbro didn’t give up on AOA figures. Great to have a different look for Gambit. Hope he gets more in the future.

This is a really good figure and there is only a few things that would have made it better, he needs accessories (more than two fist) energy effects and throwing knives..the reused bo staff still easily slides out of Gambit’s hands and his cape it too stiff it hinders his arm articulation some what...

I loved the Age of Apocalypse storyline and love that we're getting figures for them. Shame the sales aren't high and we're only getting one or two every few waves instead of whole waves.
Gambit himself here is a fairly standard Marvel Legends figure. Nothing is amazing but nothing is awful either.
Of note though is that he has a card holding left hand from the 616 Gambit figure but this figure doesn't come with any card accessories. I can't remember if AoA Gambit uses cards or not though. But if he doesn't, it's a weird inclusion for a hand then and could've been some other hand instead as this hand is useless on this figure without accessories from another release as a result. It's just a single hand though so it's not a major issue.
The build a figure piece for Age of Apocalypse Holocaust...er... I mean, Nemesis, is very good though. It's going to be a big BaF and if this one leg is anything to go by, it's going to be a well sculpted and colored BaF.
As far as value goes, It's also about average lately. There's a second set of hands and a staff. Maybe the cards from the 616 or TAS Gambit should've been included. But maybe that would've caused the BaF piece to have less paint. So who knows really. It's just lacking overall but again, standard for current Marvel Legends.
As a whole, there's nothing overly bad or overly good going on here. It's just another average ML release that's probably saved by the BaF piece being good.
