The most disappointing thing about this game is that it seems like it could have been great if the developers had really tried. It has a decent story mode but it doesn’t give you enough time playing as each of the characters before it ends. It’s also full of cheesy, terrible dialogue and quips. After the story mode is finished there are a ton of missions left to play, but maybe 5% of those are actually any good. To get to any of the decent missions you have to spend hours grinding through the other 95% of bad missions to level up your character enough to be powerful enough to play the (slightly) better missions. These other 95% of missions are actually just 5 or 6 missions repeated over and over again with slightly differently dialogue on top of them. And all you really do in these is fight endless waves of generic robots (though to be fair, you occasionally get to fight endless waves of generic humans). Once in a while you get to fight one of the whopping 3 villains that they decided to include in this supposedly giant game for the biggest franchise of popular superheroes. One of the best things in the game is the Kate Bishop DLC in my opinion, because you actually got to spend a couple of hours with one character’s story, which didn’t happen enough in the main story. The Hawkeye one was decent too, and apparently the Black Panther mission is coming out...late this year? I guess I’ll just stop playing this boring repetitive game for the next few months until they release something that will hold my interest for 2-3 hours again

Fun game, you get to play with all the avengers, graphics are amazing on the PS5. Definitely worth $25

Played in co-op with friends or strangers the action is undeniably intense, although it can look grainy on Sony’s next-gen console. There’s excellent support for the DualSense controller, with the triggers rattling and shaking under your fingertips as you execute larger-than-life attacks. And the story, which revolves around the elasticated Kamala Khan, has its fair share of tender moments – but the package as a whole simply doesn’t have the density it needs to realise its potential and future.

Fantastic game if ur into superhero games especially since they added blacc panther

I don't know why people are so hurt about this game. I think it is fun so far! I got it for the single player and don't care for the multiplayer, but maybe thats where the problems are? There is one thing that bothers me though, why are all the costumes locked behind a paywall? They all look so cool, but who would spend real money for costumes that offer no additional story content.

The gameplay is fun but there are some cumbersome issues as well. It's a bit confusing when you start the game on how to go into the story mode instead of the co-op missions. Also I do't like all the micro transactions laced with all the extra gear. You should be able to obtain these in game. This is a big let down. The game is fun when you actually get to that part but this game likes a lot to be desired.

If you love the avengers this is a must. Great graphics, plenty of characters and tons of fun. The story is insane. This game is a must!

Great overall value for the price.. lots of updated content to play

On the PS5, the graphics will blow you away and this game has sooooo much content to keep you busy for a while and they have many more dlc too

I just started playing this game and it’s amazing. The story so far is great too. Also has cool dlc. Highly recommend!

This game is really fun. Although it isn’t a free world game, it has a good storyline and lots of free content.
