Surprisingly a good GOTG game from SquareEnix. I had a blast playing this game and it’s more fun than The Avengers game

I'll admit I was one of - I'm sure - many who dismissed this game coming off Avengers and frankly underwhelming promotion. I am happy to report I was awfully wrong, as this is one of the most enjoyable games you will play all year. A touching and personal story, deep and rich characters, and some surprisingly fun combat - this game really has it all. I did have some minor bugs but they weren't too disruptive as the game is generous with auto-saving. All in all, definitely check this one out if you're looking for a great one-and-done experience where you don't have to worry about micro-transactions or online multiplayer.

Simple but effective and good story. Was not expecting much but definitely worth trying out for the price!

Not sure if it was Marvel's Avengers' failure or the different look of the characters that kept people away from this game, but it is 100% worth playing. Gameplay set aside, the story is fantastic and further explores these awesome characters. Not to mention, the banter between the team is Grade A comedy.

Great game for any Guardians of the Galaxy fan. Got for a gift

I love this game! I will be honest, i thought this game would be the same in quality to the avengers game released a few years back. I am so glad i was wrong! This game is so much fun! The story is great and the characters were well scripted. Combat is pretty good too. Pick it up if you are on the fence, you will not be disappointed.

I was hesitant on this game on release but ended up buying on sale. This game is absolutely stellar. Tremendous story, excellent game play. Character development stands out the most to me for the game. The ability and character customization are great for the style of game. If you enjoy Marvel stories and games, definitely give this game a try. Even at full price.

This game rocks! The trailers do it a huge disservice by making it look obnoxiously quirky. The game actually has really depthful action gameplay (not an rpg like the trailer makes it look to be) and a story full of likable characters and so much heart. Absolutely must play if you can as this seems to be pretty darn underrated.

This game was excellent. I loved the mechanics and how we are able to use each guardian. The huddle up feature constantly made me smile because of how clever it was. The story was great and engaging. Overall the writing is truly what makes this game stand out. I was always cracking up at the dialogue, especially Drax’s.
