Nice wholesome family film
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Might be a bit unfair to compare with first & original Mary Poppins, since Julie Andrews is forever tied to it. I liked that Emily Blunt had some of that cheeky attitude that Mary Poppins from the books had. I think she did a great job considering the big shoes she had to fill. The visuals are beautiful and the musical numbers were fine. There isn't really any song that stays with you or catchy enough unlike what the Sherman Brothers did with the original. Overall, it's an enjoyable film that the whole family can watch.

Great Follow up to the original
