The incredible Mass Effect Trilogy has been remastered and tweaked slightly to make it perfect for this newest generation of consoles. Graphically, it's never looked better, and all the games have been tweaked to feel more cohesive with controls and designs. For longtime fans of the series, this is a wonderful way to revisit the beloved characters and world, and for newcomers, there's never been a better time. For 3 games and all the DLC, it's a killer value!

A beautiful era of gaming, remastered for the modern age. This collection includes the first three games of the Mass Effect series (colloquially known as the Mass Effect Trilogy) and all but one of the DLC packs for those games. The only piece missing is, to my understanding, a shooting gallery in Mass Effect 1, but since it adds nothing to the story, it's an easy miss. The graphics for Mass Effect 1 have been overhauled, bringing both Shepards' appearances more in line with the rest of the trilogy. The leveling system has also been revamped, offering an accelerated level-up process. These, plus the addition of a dedicated Photo Mode, make this remaster truly Legendary. A must-buy for fans of the series.

This is the best video game trilogy hands down and for what Bioware and EA have done to update it to todays standards is impressive. With all the original DC included (except for 1: Pinnacle Station) this is a must buy for any gamer. If you haven't played this games now is definitely a good time to start. Your story how you play it and the characters you interact with in it provide you some great entertainment and memories worth exploring.

One of the best Sci-fi RPG ever finally remastered in 4k on Xbox one. Plays great on the Xbox Series X. Was disappointed to find out one of the DLC "Pinnacle Station" was missing from this remaster which is the only downside. Regardless this is still one of the best Sci-fi RPG's ever made and still holds up to today's games. Highly recommended!!

Great games all in a single package. Excellent story, excellent characters, immersive gameplay. Like any good RPG, it starts slow and builds from there. The choices you make carry on to the next chapter, which makes this game perfect to replay. Of the half dozen times I have played through this trilogy, I always seem to unlock new dialog depending on the squad mates I bring with and the choices I have made through out the games.

This game is an absolute blast for fans of the original trilogy! I couldn't wait to dive back into the Mass Effect universe, and this remastering exceeded all my expectations. The visuals are mind-blowing! They've given the games a serious facelift, making everything look way cooler. Character models are more detailed, environments are breathtaking, and the visual effects are top-notch. It's like experiencing the trilogy in a whole new light! But it's not just about the looks. They've also made the gameplay smoother and more fun. Combat feels slicker, and moving around is a breeze. It's great to see they've listened to feedback and made improvements to enhance the overall experience. To sum it up, if you're an RPG fan, you need this remaster in your life! The visual upgrades, improved gameplay, and inclusion of all DLC make it a no-brainer. Get ready for an incredible ride through the Mass Effect universe once again!

If you don't have a PC to play on then this is a great alternative to play on. Ignore the controversies about changes as they are not important. What is important is the detail put into ME1. The change in UI is far more streamlined and the update in character textures are amazing which have me taking screenshots constantly. Also welcomed to have all DLC along with each game.

I am a huge Mass Effect fan. This collection is awesome. There are some technical issues but they have not hindered my experience. 1 has the best story. 2 has the best characters. 3 has the best gameplay.

I've been a huge fan of Mass effect since the very beginning. So far, the remastered edition has been a nostalgia fueld jump back into a world that I already loved so affectionately, but polished and cleaned up masterfully. I now get to introduce my son to one of my all time favorites. Love that this was done.

This is everything you would expect for a true remastered edition. Graphics are stunning on an XB1X. My only complaint is the removal of the multiplayer achievements and their values from the game, 2,915 instead of 3,000. I absolutely love this series and cannot wait for the next iteration.

The remastered changes made to the first game that is now 14 years old makes it play so smooth and gives it a new lease on life. The extra enhancements made to the 2 and 3 games make them all that much greater and with all the dlc you get great value for the price.

Well I finally picked up the ME trilogy, on sale, and boy is it worth it. An amazing game with updated graphics. Love sci-fi games with well written stories. Good times!

Fantastic remaster of the classic Sci-fi action RPG series! Played the original at launch back on the 360, and have played the PC version with lots of mods. This beats both. Looks great and plays great on Series X at 60fps! Highly recommended.

Only played through 1 and 2 so far with 3 still to go but I loved the series years ago and now remaster I'm playing on the series x loving it almost as much as the first time I played them. Fantastic remaster for consoles.

Bring back the nostalgia of the old days as you punch reporters in the face and shoot people in the leg during conversations just because you can! Lol amazing remaster of ME1 2 and 3 with DLC (excpet one of them from ME3 I believe)

The story of mass effect has always been awesome. I just don't like that they went back and censored stuff but the game is still awesome.

This is an incredible value. You get 3 of the best RPGs that have released in the past couple console generations and all have been remastered. If you liked the originals, this is easily worth the price.

A fan of the trilogy. All three games are now better with great colors thanks to 4K HDR. The graphics are better on all 3 games especially the 1st one. A great remaster of this beloved trilogy.

The Mass Effect franchise is probably my favorite video game franchise of all time. The Legendary Edition does nothing to lessen the love I have for the franchise; if anything, it enhances it. The remaster of the original Mass Effect is nothing short of amazing, and brings it almost, but not quite, up to the standards of the other 2 entries. It's almost a remake: That's how good the remaster is. Mass Effect 2 and 3 aren't upgraded nearly as much as ME1, but still receive significant upgrades, bringing all 3 entries up to a potential 60 fps at 1440p, or 30 fps at 4K resolution. To top ot all off, every piece of downloadable content, save one DLC for ME1 (due to corrupted source code), is included in the $60 price tag, making the purchase more than worthwhile, even for those who have all of the original games, like me. All that being said, the only reason I gave it 4 stars, instead of 5, was because I purchased the version that included a free steel book, and the delivery process was, to say the least, quite strange. The game and steel book originated in the same state, but were placed on different trucks that took unnecessarily long and circuitous routes to go from VA to NJ, and the steel book arrived first, on the day the game was released, while the actual game - the thing I was really looking forward to - arrived the next day. It was a strange way to deliver something. In retrospect, if I had to do it again, I'd probably arrange to pick it up at the store instead of delivered...
