After taking some time to explore the different auto programs and settings, I found myself and my family to really enjoy it. The bluetooth feature is great, and the lumbar heat works very well as well. Setup was intuitive, and we were able to complete it in just a few minutes. Overall, we're really happy with it so far.

Easy set up and operation, relatively easy to unpack and get into the house - it fits through the doorway! I actually fell asleep the first three times I experienced the base program, "relaxation".

For the price, this chair does what it is supposed to. Its style is not for everyone, looking like a spaceship pod, the voice control is very basic, and the speakers were an afterthought, but the chair gets the core massage features down and that's what matters.

It looks nice. I feel it doesn’t really give that deep deep tissue massage like I wanted. I’m 5’8 140lbs and it seems like maybe I’m not big enough for the chair. My husband uses it and he loves it but he fits the chair better and is about 220 lbs so he has more weight I feel like to hold him down for a deeper massage. I wouldn’t buy it again. I would look for a different one. And trying to understand all the gadgets isn’t the easiest!

Of course it doesn't replace a real massage but it is a very comfortable experience. You may feel you need to use a little pillow if you have forward head leaning posture but that is easy to fix (that is why its a 4 star) other than that is a 5 star. Zero gravity option is very nice and the feet rollers do great.

This chair has been working great for us. The quality feels good and the setup was very easy.

Cancelled the chair! Did not receive it. Delivery and inhome setup was not available in my area.
