This earphones are great for to listen music but not make or receive phone calls. Also they became uncomfortable after an hour

Sound quality is great but when the battery dies you have no warning and after 3 uses the battery life was just under 3 hours . 1st charge it lasted 10 hours . Second charge lasted 5 hours and 22 minutes and third charge lasted for just under 3 hours. I returned them as soon as i left work that day.

I feel like what the price of them I expected a lot more. Noise cancelling on them was definitely very good though

A great pair of earphones for this price point. I JBL's also but I think these are a bit better. Better bass response

Bad connectivity.. when you receive a phone call the caller can't hear me well.

Very pleased with the quality and sound. Recharging case is also very nice. They fit well and stay in my ears very good.

Everybody's too big for me lost quality and sound from non-fitting and always being loose.

Still a lot of work to get them where they should be. Not worth 180 bucks.

I really like these earbuds and I would recommend them to family and friends.

....you can't go wrong with the Master & Dynamic sound signature but for the price, I really can't justify this. Had the Plus version and the case and the buds are far more premium to this. No ANC and Ambient pass through, I can understand, but there are missing features like mics on both earbuds, using each bud independently, etc that justifies more than a $100 price drop. The case feels nice to the touch and is very small compared with the Plus, however it feels flimsy and not sure how long it'll last. Fabric is good quality, but the lid especially feels flimsy and is kept together with a sliver of plastic. I think it might rip off with enough opens and closes. As others have mentioned, the lid does not stay open on its own. Took them jogging for a couple miles and it seems to lose connection on more than one occasion. It is very comfortable and it fits my ears right out of the box. However at the shortcomings just mentioned, I believe these should be priced at $150-170 at best, but you could do far better at the $200 mark. Oh, and one last con, at least for me, its a pain in the peach to get the buds out of the case as the silicon bud keeps getting stuck on the hard plastic recess of the case.

The case build quality is cheap. Flimsy hinge feels like it will break easily. Fit is ok at best. Too much sound escapes them for you to enjoy them.

Found this product to be lacking in audio quality. Multiple use of phones was not easy and the product failed and subsequently was returned.

for me the sound was ok bit there's better deals out there for a better sound. be sure to try the ones out that's on display.

The batter don't last long and keep discovering form my phone

I looked online and thought well these have a good rating. No they werent for me at all. No app to control how they sounded and overall i was disappointed with their sound quality

Terrible phone call quality, no hearthrough, case is very flimsy. Does not have dual connect. Definitely not worth 200.

For the same price as BOSE Earbuds, I was expecting better. No bass at all. I returned them.

Wanted the sennheiser MTW for sound quality, but seems like they haven't fixed the battery life issues. So looked into regular MW07 and the Plus version, but didn't need additional features of the Plus or the cost. The GOs are perfect, due to the price, fit, battery life, sound, and IPX rating. The specs are perfect for someone that appreciates great sounding buds that simply work. They don't have fancy features (ANC, hearthrough, etc), an app, or anything else amazing. I use them to listen to music on the go/while working or at the gym (they don't fall out and are comfortable). I have the 75Ts and Jbuds air also and I use all three for different purposes, but these in particular for sound, fit, battery life, and the IPX rating.
