When it comes to earbuds, I’m very picky. I want ones that fit comfortably in my ears, ones that I can wear for a while without my ears starting to hurt, long lasting battery and great sound. The Master & Dynamic MW07 EAR BUDS not only meet my requirements, they exceed them. Right out of the packaging they’re ready to go. No pushing buttons to pair them with ALL my devices, just take them out of the case, put them in my ears, and pair away! I have paired them with my Samsung Galaxy S8, Dell laptop, Kindle tablets (2 of those) and iPad Air 2. Each one only took a few seconds to pair. No pushing of buttons to wait for the LED light to blink. They even connected to my laptop Cortana immediately as well as Alexa on my tablets. Bixby is a little more challenging as it didn’t recognize some of the words I was saying. Now for sound quality – These are above all the best earbuds I own! The sound is clear with no background feedback, or static. I put them in, put my Pandora on my smartphone, and was able to walk all around the house doing my various chores without any breakup in sound or sound quality. The phone calls come in clear and concise and the party at the other end can hear me without any feedback or distortions. I did go outside while wearing them as a plane went overhead, I found it a little heard to hear the person on the other end. I listened to several types of music to test the quality of different acoustics. The sound was clear and sharp with the pop music, classic rock, classical, easy listening and blues/Jazz. I’ll be using these a lot. I wore them for about 2 hours and the sound got better as they were “breaking in”. The charging case is stainless steel and extremely rugged (I did accidentally drop it when I took the buds out). The USB-C is the same one I use for my cell phone, so charging it won’t be a problem. It does come with USB-C and a USB-A adapter. I haven’t had to charge the case yet as it’s still fully charged since I got it a couple of days ago. The MW07 comes with a carrying pouch for the charging case with the earbuds. The pouch is OK, just made of velvet with a push open. I wish the pouch was a little padded to protect the case better. But there is plenty of room in it for the case so that it’s easy to get in and out. Comfort – The MW07 fits very comfortably in my ears and have a wide range of ear tips and wings to fit just about any size ears. My advice, since there is no cable connecting them together, make sure you pick the ear tips that fit snugly but comfortably in your ears. If they are not perfectly placed, they can fall out. They aren’t noise cancelling, but outside sounds are muffled enough so that you can hear what you’re listening to clearly. Even pouring rain doesn’t affect the sound quality, which is a definite plus for me. Battery life – the charging case should last for at least 3 charges, before it has to be recharged, though I haven’t had to charge the case yet. The earbuds themselves lasted for over 3 hours, as is stated. They took less than 45min to charge fully in the case. Outside noise – these aren’t noise cancelling, so you do hear some noise if you are out in an environment that has cars, trucks and planes in the area. If you want to talk on the phone, try to find a quieter place to do so. They are great for listening to music while walking. If you plan on going running or jogging with them, make sure you choose snug fitting ear tips and wings so the don’t fall out. Overall, they are well worth the price. For me they give me the same quality of sound as other top brands that I own. I would recommend these for anyone wanting clear sound, comfort and no wires.

Beautiful Sound in a Beautiful Package

When it comes to sound, Master & Dynamic have been strong contenders in the premium headphone space. The MW07 is a worthy addition to their line up, representing the best ear buds (wireless or otherwise) I’ve heard. Bottom Line: Master & Dynamic’s MW07 delivers on the premium price’s promise. The serious sonics, careful comfort, and delightful design combine to create high quality cans you will want to listen to all day. True wireless is a category invented by Apple with their Airpods. While I laughed at the need at first, I’ve come to appreciate the comfort in not having any wires to deal with when working out or even just moving around on the subway. I’ve had several pairs of bluetooth headsets in many different styles. The over the head sets can get a little sweaty. The necklace style with connected buds sound good, but have gotten caught on my neck in the summer time or on a crowded subway car and start to fall out. True wireless has been very comfortable, but not always a good sound or easy to control. The MW07 solved all of that. Sound: These buds sound better than any previous pair I’ve owned. They sound crisp across the spectrum and show incredible detail which rivals wired headsets. Despite having a single driver, they deliver both high and low notes simultaneously on tracks like Pink Floyd’s Shine on you Crazy Diamond. They’re also highly accurate, showcasing Adele’s raspy vocals and Zac Brown Band’s harmonies with equal facility. Using the right size ear tip is critical to delivering bass that’s high impact without being punchy. In fact these have a very flat sound curve with no frequency range emphasized above another. This makes both Pacabell and Panic! At the Disco sound equally good. In 10 hours of listening, I did not have any dropouts within 30 feet of my phone. There’s decent sound isolation, but these are not noise cancelling. They work well in even in a gym, but don’t expect a complete sound bubble. Like most earbuds, these need some break in time before they’ll sound their best. I have a playlist featuring a variety of music that’s been breaking in headphones for the past several years. Most sets don’t start sounding good until 30 hours of playing. These sounded good after 3 hours. Comfort: These fit entirely within your ear with some fins catching your ear ridge to hold it firmly in place. Master & Dynamic include 5 sets of silicone ear tips and 2 fin sizes to help you find the right size. Fans of Comfy foam may be a little disappointed, but I found the included tips to be comfortable for several hours of use. Wearing glasses, I appreciated the lack of an ear hook. Never did they come close to falling out. The small buttons were easy to access and activate. I liked the physical controls better than J-Labs touch sensitive sides. You can take out the left ear bud and still listen to music or make phone calls. However, you cannot switch. The right bud connects to your phone while the left only connects to the right. Style: The MW07’s look as good as they sound. The shape mirrors your ear with a rounded back and flat front which makes them look like a musicians ear monitor. They’re available in 4 colors with unique designs on the non-black choices. The charging case is polished stainless steel which is sure to grab attention. Battery Life: In my testing, these played for the 3+ hours as claimed on the spec page. Charging takes ~ 1.5 hours to climb back to full strength. The case requires a USB-C cable (included). You’ll need to provide your own charger, though. An adapter allows you to use older USB chargers, but it will operate more slowly. Calls: In a quiet environment these will deliver a clear sound to your callers. They do not have any noise cancellation which can make for a difficult call outside or in a noisy office. The mic works fine for voice control (i.e. Google, Amazon, Siri). These should not be your first choice if your spend your day talking on the phone. Overall: If you can afford these, you will not be disappointed.

A great pair of true wireless earbuds

Okay, so I’m an earbud/headphone enthusiast. I have both wired and wireless earbuds, and both wired and wireless over-the-ear and on-the-ear headphones. Each has their own specific strengths, and which one I wear depends on the situation. Traveling, I like sound isolation. When exercising outside, sound isolation can be hazardous – so give me earbuds with good sound and an ability to hear what’s going on around me, plus the ability to take phone calls, and I’m good. The MW07 is my first experience with true wireless earbuds. After unpacking everything, the earbuds – which were in the Charging Case – showed full battery as did the Charging case itself. The Charging Case is an attractive metal case with three LEDS on the front and a flip-lid on top to access the earbuds. The left and right LEDS represent the power status of both left and right earbuds, while the center LED is the power status of the case itself. Green signifies fully charged. The case, by the way, is a fingerprint magnet, although a quick swipe against my shirt or pants temporarily solves that problem. The earbuds will hold an estimated 3 ½ hours of power when fully charged. A short 15-minute charge in the case will give the earbuds over an hour’s charge, while the case when fully charged should give the earbuds 3 full charges. A pleasant surprise was the USB-C charging port on the Case. I use USB-C on a number of my newer pieces of equipment, thus alleviating my having to look around for an older USB connector type. Accessories provided with the earbuds include various tip sizes, like extra-small, small, medium, large and extra-large. These are the soft/flexible type, which I prefer because they better conform with my ear canals than do the hard ones you oftentimes receive. Also included were two large wings that hold the earbuds in place in the tuck of your ears. The medium-sized wings were already installed on the earbuds. Pairing with my phone was easy. As soon as I removed the buds from the charging case they were already in pairing mode. Less than a minute later I was listening to music. The right earbud has one multi-function button. With it you can pause playback or answer/end a call (1 push), jump forward (2 pushes), backwards (3 pushes), or hold down to activate (in my case) Google Assistant. I would assume that Siri works on iPhones. On the left earbud, two buttons control up and down volume. I found the buttons on both earbuds to be small at first and difficult to tell if they were pressed. After a little practice they became easier to work with. I thought the MW07 earbuds felt very natural while wearing them. They’re not heavy at all, and I didn’t feel as though they were going to fall out of my ears during use. They also look good! I didn’t have any connection difficulties of one earbud not communicating with the other, which apparently is a common complaint with other vendors products. Although staying with the smaller wing at this time, I may bump up to the larger one if they start to feel loose. I did try removing one earbud while listening to music to emulate what would happen if an earbud fell out or was knocked out. The earbud that was still in place immediately stopped playing music, thus letting me know that the other earbud was missing. That could come in real handy if you’re a frequent commuter and have a tendency to drop things. The sound of these earbuds is outstanding. It was clear, with both buds perfectly in sync with each other. Sound ranges were perfect for my taste, and for me the bass is just right. I have an eclectic range of music likes, everything from pop, jazz, and rock. I tried music from each of those genres and they all sounded equally as good. Even Audible sounded just right. No static, nothing to complain about at all. I also played some YouTube videos and didn’t see or hear any sync problems between sound and video. I then played parts of two movies – both with the same results as with YouTube. This hasn’t always been the case with other Bluetooth devices. I placed and received a call using the earbuds. The clarity on my end was excellent. I was told by the caller that I sounded like I was on a speaker phone. Well, with earbuds that is exactly right. Even so, I was told that I was easy to understand throughout the call. I haven’t tried taking a call when outside when it’s windy out to see how that affects call quality. At $299, this pair is definitely on the higher end of the cost spectrum. However, the build quality is outstanding, as is the sound quality. Yes, I know that sound quality is subjective, but these meet my needs and that’s all I know. And how about the 3 ½ hour battery life. I’m rarely using earbuds for more than a couple of hours straight unless I’m traveling by air. For those cases, I have some sound isolation earbuds that I’d more likely be using. In the end, these earbuds are precisely what I would recommend to someone looking for a solid product in the premium earbud market arena.

The Ying and Yang of Wireless Earbuds

We humans thrive on input beyond our immediate surroundings. In the old days if you wanted to hear a symphony or play, you “went to the concert or theater”. If you wanted to hear politicians speak or enjoy a sports game, you “went to see the event”. With the advent of the electronic devices, we now can bring everything to us. Many years ago we had to sit around a 50 pound assembly of wood, tubes and batteries, but then things became “portable”. At first that meant hefting a 10 pound boom box on our shoulders, but later we could fit everything into a pocket. The problem today remains that last 10 inches from our pocket to our ears, if we want private discrete listening we need to use ear-buds. Until that day comes when we can get devices that connect directly with our audio and visual cortexes (and it’s coming), we still have to stick vibrating device into our ear canal and hope that the weight of the device doesn’t pull it out of our ears at an inopportune moment. I apologize for this lengthy intro, but it is necessary to describe both the strengths and weaknesses of the Master & Dynamic - MW07 True Wireless In-Ear Headphones. Cell phone designers have more of less forced us to drop the wire between the device and the ear-buds by eliminating the 3.5 mm audio jack. The plus we gained was eliminating the main wire and the tendency for the ear-buds to be pulled out of our ears if the wire got caught. Also some people didn’t have pockets for larger phones and wanted to leave the phone in their purse. The negative we gained was that now the ear-buds needed to carry their own batteries and transmitters. These were called “wireless” ear-buds, but they still had a remaining wire between the left and right ear-bud to share one set of batteries and a transmitter. The single remaining wire could be looked at as a plus because like two mountain climbers tied together with a safety rope, if one ear-bud fell out, it would not be lost because the wire to the ear-bud in the other ear would make it easily retrievable. The last wire could also be considered a negative though because it can be awkward to run behind the head through long hair and also simply because it’s there. So, along comes TRUE Wireless Ear-Buds. The plus is that the last wire is gone, but the negative is that now we have to make the ear-buds large enough to accommodate two different type of transmitters and two sets of batteries making the ear-buds larger and heavier that their wired counterparts. YOU have to decide if the compromises outweigh the features gained. FEATURES: - No wires. - Can be undetectable if the ears are covered by hair or a hat. - 1 year limited warranty on the three non-replaceable batteries. 2 year limited warranty on the rest of the devices. - A separate metal Charging/Carrying Case that can protect and recharge the ear-buds away from any other electrical source. - LED lights on the Charging/Carrying Case that give the state of charge of both the ear-buds and the Charging-Carrying Case itself. - Good audio quality throughout the normal human audio frequencies. - Uses Near Field Magnetic Induction (NFMI) to communicate between the left and right ear-buds with high resolution and very low power consumption. This works much better than Bluetooth in this application since the density of the skull would block or attenuate Bluetooth signals. - Available in a variety of colors and textures - Includes a large selection of ear canal sized soft ear-tips and “wings” to modify the contours of the ears-buds themselves to match your unique ear size and shape for a secure fit. INCUDED ACCESSORY ATTACHMENTS: - USB-3 to USB type C-out charging cable. - An Adapter to add to the out-end of an older style USB-3 to Micro-USB-out cable to convert it to USB type C-out. - Self powered Charging/Carrying Case - Cloth Pouch to carry the Charging Case with the Ear-Buds inside the Charger PROS: - No Wires - Good Audio Quality - High Tech - Ear-buds can be recharged by the Charging Case 3 times while away from other USB power sources. CONS: - More easily lost because, “No Wires”. - If the Charging/Carrying Case is lost, there is no way to charge the Ear-Buds. - The Right Ear-Bud will work alone, but it contains the Bluetooth transmitter, so if it is lost, the remaing Left Ear-bud will not work alone. - The Volume, Pause and Bluetooth Pairing buttons are hard to use without dislodging the Ear-Buds from the ears. If during volume adjustment you separate the left and right Ear-Buds by more than about 12 inches, the Near Field Magnetic Induction shuts off and the volume can’t be adjusted. - The ear-buds themselves have a relatively short 3.5 hour run-time between battery charges. CONCLUSION: - “True Wireless” Ear-Buds are today’s State-of-the-Art and from strictly an audio perspective, the Master & Dynamic - MW07 True Wireless In-Ear Headphones are great. However, as I mentioned above, everything comes with a trade-off and you have to decide for yourself if the true wirelessness makes it worth dealing with a few other issues. Even Master & Dynamic still offers fully wired Ear-Buds if you don’t mind the tangle of wires to get the same audio experience. You have to decide. Please Note: Three Stars means "Average" not "Bad". These ear-buds are good at what they do.

When a product carries a premium price tag, I am especially critical. It better deliver. Master and Dynamic absolutely delivered with the MW07 True Wireless Earbuds. Let's start with the most important thing: sound. I don't even know where to start...these things are not only the best sounding true wireless earbuds I've used, but could be some of the best sounding headphones, period, that I've ever listened to. Clarity was stunning. "Crisp" would be an understatement for how clear they are even at maximum volume. In fact, they are so clear that I found myself listening louder than I should be. At high volumes, the highs did not pierce and the lows never got muffled nor distorted. I listen to everything from Freddy Jones Band which is a great example of the clarity from acoustic and electric guitars to bass-heavy tracks from Skrillex that delivers the lows and the versatility of the sound profile is amazing. Then, with vocals, get ready to get really immersed. I cannot express how well these do with nearly everything I threw at them. Phenomenal. In terms of comfort, I have returned many true wireless earbuds exactly for this reason, but these are very comfortable and I can wear them for hours on end. I was worried with the shape that doesn't "look" like they should be comfortable but they indeed are. At first, I wasn't exactly sold on the design with the rounded, rectangular look on the outside, but I found the shape to sit flush with the outside of my ears and the shape makes them easy to get in and out of the case. The earbuds come in an extremely well-built, polished case that is the strongest of fingerprint magnets and definitely can be scratched, so use the included soft pouch which fits it perfectly. You'll notice the high-attention to detail even when opening the lid which is secure. Inside the case you'll find the earbuds themselves nestled in their respective left and right charging areas and when you remove them, they will automatically turn on. The case uses USB type-C which is very nice to see. Battery life was about 3-1/2 hours for me without having to toss them back in the charging case, and again, I listen at higher volumes. Sound quality, construction, and design aside, all of which are top-notch, the connectivity and usability is what really impressed me. I've used products made by high-end manufacturers before that may deliver on sound, but then usability is a nightmare. I was impressed by the seamless experience these deliver with automatic connectivity. The bluetooth connection was strong with both an iPhone XS Max and a Google Pixel 3 and I was able to get about 25 feet away, even through a wall in my house and it still maintained connection. There is an extremely pleasant tone to indicate connection when you place them in your ears after taking them out of the case and the automatic pausing and restarting of playback when taking them out and placing them back in your ears was nearly perfect. Personally, I actually quite liked the button controls on top rather than a touch interface like on some other earbuds as well as physical buttons on the outside of the earbud which makes it so you are pushing them into your ear every time you press a button. If I was hard-pressed to have any complaints, and I'm not sure I could actually call these complaints, but these are just 2 suggestions for their next version which in no way are actual negatives, just small rooms for improvement. - The earbud can catch slightly on the inside of the case when you are removing them. - The buttons could be a little more refined. These are premium earbuds which do have a premium price tag, but everything is premium about them. You can just tell that they put a lot of care into the design, build quality and most definitely the sound quality with the MW07s.

If you are looking for fantastic sounding True Wireless Earphones then the M&D MW07’s should be your go to set. First off, the packaging is top notch and shows the attention to detail that Master & Dynamic puts into their products. Included in the box is everything you will need including various sizes of typical ear tips and two of something M&D calls “Fit Wings”. The charging case is a gorgeous shiny chrome like case that acts as a storage and charging case at the same time. I liked the finish so much that I protected it with an application of a ceramic coating used to protect automotive paint. My set of MW07’s came fully charged from the factory so it was great that I didn’t have to charge them and I could get to using them ASAP. The first time taking them out of the charging case they go into pairing mode and paired quickly and easily with my iPhone Xs. The ear tips go into your ear canal and the Fit Wings help secure the earphones in your ear underneath your ear ridge. I switched out the ear tips that were installed at the factory for the bigger size ear tips and also swapped to put the larger fit wings on the ear phones (as my ears are on the larger side). When putting them in my ear and walking around etc these are some of the most secure earphones I have had and I don’t feel they will fall out in the least. The charging case uses a USB C port and M&D have included a cable and typical USB adapter if you don’t have a USB C charger or computer with a USB C port. M&D claims charging case will give you 3 additional charges from your initial charge (which will last about 3.5 hrs providing all was fully charged to begin with) for a total of about 14 hours of playtime. My real world experience matched up with the 3.5 hrs of use (actually just a tad more) so the MW07’s will be more than sufficient for a full days worth of use. Now to the music. In a word...spectacular! M&D uses Beryllium drivers that give the crispest highs and the tightest bass I have heard so far on true wireless earphones. From the left earphone you can control volume up and down and from the right earphone the multifunction button allows you to pause, skip forward or back and to activate your phones voice control. When I used them for a couple of phone calls I could hear the calls perfectly and the folks on the other end heard me fine as well. I do like that the call audio is in both ears as I have had other earphones that only had the caller in one ear which I didn’t like. From the beautiful case and earphone design to fully enveloping sound and ease of charging and use I couldn’t recommend these more, just get them, you won’t be disappointed.

I've only got around 20 hours on these so far, but wow, what great audio quality from wireless buds! I have a number of higher-than-average headphones (HD700, HE500, PM3, QC35, M50x, etc) but I've been "living" with my Apple AirPods for the portability. The sounds quality was mediocre and I'm often listening in restaurants and cafes and would prefer more isolation than they provide. So, in steps the MW07... I grabbed them from BestBuy as soon as they were available for order. I know that the $300 selling price may seem high to some, but if you can generally hear a difference in audio quality, these are the way to go. I've been using the Audeze PM-3 and Bose QC35 for my portable listening and have been very happy with them. I would rank these MW07 right along side the Bose but really appreciate the fact that I can have them in my pocket all the time. Now, how about some cons? 1. I am somewhat prone to sibilance at louder levels (I HAD to tame the HD700, for example). I find that with the stock ear tips I can't listen above 1/2 using the stock music app (iPhone 6s+) for very long without fatigue. I changed out the tips for comply tips which helped a lot but didn't totally solve the problem. So, when I want to listen to something loud, I use the audio player, "Equalizer" with a -3dB drop at 6000Hz (Q of .8). This totally solves the problem for me. 2. I think the greatest weakness of the MW07 is the battery life. Yes, the case can charge them several times, but I'm only getting around 3hrs of listening before I'm forced to take a break to recharge. I'm enjoying them so much that I just want to keep listening. 3. The travel case is a finger-print magnet. I assumed that going in. 4. There have been a couple of times that I paused the music and lost the left ear when it resumed. I've put them back in the case for a sec and then they're fine. Otherwise, the bluetooth connection seems to be stable. 5. Call quality is ok. Not great, not bad, just ok. For the asking price, I think these are a tremendous purchase if you value great audio quality AND portability. The highest praise I can give is that if they were lost, I'd buy another pair. No question about it.

These ear buds are exceptional. I was in the market for a higher end earbud as I've had poor luck with lesser earbuds. (My powerbeats take a half dozen tries to pair to my phone on a good day, my Bose Soundsports stopped holding a charge after a week.) The other thing I wanted was higher quality audio, especially bass. I like strong bass, I think it makes music sound fuller and more substantial, and strong bass is something usually missing from true wireless earbuds. Not these, though. The bass is quite heavy, I don't feel like I'm missing anything between these and ear-covering headphones. my go-to songs when testing bass are DARE by Gorillaz, Roller Mobster by Carpenter Brut, and Depravity Favors The Bold by Anaal Nathrakh. All heavy bass-ey songs. They are tiny but what a powerhouse! These earbuds also don't stick out too far, sitting nearly flush with my ear. I can wear them comfortably with my head on a pillow, which I don't need them for but is a nice feature if you're in the market for that sort of thing. The battery is something to pay attention to here, it comes in at an average 3.5 hours while listening at a reasonable volume. I am wearing these on a full charge at loud volume and spotify's equalizer has the bass on maximum, and I just got a low battery warning as I am typing this. I have been listening for a little under 2 hours. No idea at what level the notificaton sounds, if I have 25% this may not be a big issue. If I am at 10% I may have a bad battery. we shall see. I generally only wear ear buds when I am working out or on a run, neither of which I normally do for over 2 hours so this isn't an enormous issue for me, but it could be for someone else, keep it in mind. With that being said though, there is really nothing else to complain about. the ear buds are gorgeous and the sound quality is unrivaled by any of it's competitors, I am not sorry at all that I dumped the extra cash on these, it was well worth it.

This is my first pair of Bluetooth/wireless headphones and I can’t look back. Going in I was concerned about sound quality, logistics, and mostly comfort, within minutes of use all of these fears were qualmed. The packaging is classy, coming in what a box that folds open like a book revealing a stainless steel case for your headphones with the headphones pre-charged inside and instructions to use and additional accessories below the surface. The headphones immediately enter Bluetooth pairing when removed from the case and set up was a breeze. When you’re done using the headphones you just insert them back into the steel case where they recharge until you’re ready to use again. The steel case has a charging point and holds about 6 charges for the headphones, each lasting about 3 hours. It’s all a breeze. I’ve used the headphones with the default wing tips and buds but there around a dozen combinations of different sizes to choose from that will fit any ear. Sound quality is very solid, and the bass is much better than expected. The headphones immediately pause your music if removed one is removed from your ears and both have buttons on top to control volume and pause/play manually. I have been bragging about these to anyone that would listen for a week now and will never go back to corded headphones again

Master and Dynamic made some pretty tech with these earbuds and while I have a couple of disadvantages for you they are very nice earbuds. For me there are two downsides: the hardware installed in the Bluetooth functions fail in connectivity when I’m in motion. I wear these in the car, walking and such so when the music or podcasts begin to skip like a CD I have a bit of a issue. Next is the distance I walk from my device and how it totally disconnects from my phone. As long as you plan on being right by the earbuds and your phone your music plays fine. Crisp instruments and some great bass in these earbuds. I live in a new construction area and bulldozers are always banging things so I wear these and they drown out the noise. I love listening to my meditation sounds of rain on theses, the rain drops sound like it’s happening right outside, Elvis and his song “Let It Be Me” sounds amazing and the acoustics played so well. I also played some Drake and boy does the bass play reall well and it is concert quality listening. The carrying case and whole design is beautiful. I wish I would have gotten a color but the case and earbuds are nice. In the era of USB-C equipment I’m glad they used that as the charging port. These will be used at my desk and on trips. They are definitely a conversation piece of art and deliver great music when stationary. Enjoy!

I really like wireless earbuds. I love true wireless earbuds and not the ones with the cable in between that lies on your neck. That being said, these are outstanding. Master and Dynamic are going for the premium sound quality promise. They definitely deliver on that. These are the best sounding wireless earbuds that I have ever put on. Ever. Granted, the competition isn't all that great but they truly do deliver on the promise of premium sound. They have great range with good clear sound. Highs and lows were great and have that flat curve that I personally love. The details are just amazing. They are built very solidly. They have a premium feel to it and the build quality feels excellent. Everything from the stainless steel case to the acetate covers. The design of the acetate also make it look a little less plain. The earbuds just look great and premium. Apple Airpods look silly to me. These seem perfect. They are fairly comfortable. Even with multiple hours of use, I wasn't dying to rip them out of my ear. There are multiple tips in the ear that you can try out to find the one that works for your ear. Now the cons. There are so many earbuds out there. I know that they are trying to separate themselves from the crowd by sound alone. However, there are other aspects to wireless earbuds that matter. The battery life is 3.5 hours. I was getting around that much. This is much worse than the battery life you can get out of other earbuds. Granted, they did add quick charge so that a 15 minute charge will get you up to 50%. The Bluetooth is also Bluetooth 4.2 rather than Bluetooth 5.0. Bluetooth 4.2 is definitely solid but 5.0 is definitely superior in range, speed, and power consumption. I feel like upgrading the Bluetooth version would have been a worthy investment. All in all, I love the MW07. If you really value premium sound and don't mind the price, then these are the way to go.

First thing I noticed before even hearing on how they sound was on how comfortable they are. Most true wireless bluetooth earphones that I've used after an hour I couldn't tolerate the pain. Bravo to Master & Dynamic so far this is the first pair of true wireless earphones that are comfortable to use for an extended period of time. Next is sound quality and let me tell you won't be disappointed. It has a nice crisp balanced sound to them. Bass is punchy enough so music has a more fuller roboust sound to it. There is no touch control just good old reliable physical buttons. The controls are very easy left has the volume controls and the right is multi-function button for play/pause or to activate Google/Siri assistant. They also have this automatic play/pause feature when you removed one of the earpieces. It's a nice feature but I wish there was a way to disable it. Most of them time when I'm at work I would only have 1 earpiece on to be able to listen for the phone when it rings. The charging case looks like a small jewerly box that screams luxury. Expect some micro scratches since the finish is similiar to the the back of a first gen iPod Touch. Being on the smaller side is something you won't mind carrying around and they also included a carry case. Battery life is on the low end at 3.5hrs. The case will get you 3 additional charges for a total of 14hrs. The case is charged by USB C and it only takes 40mins to get a full charged. There is IP X4 splash proof so some defense from the weather elements. The only con I have is battery life. Would of love to seen at least up to 5hrs and a quick charge feature instead of 45mins would only get you 1.5hrs of playtime. A full charged takes 1.5hr for the earphones. The asking price is on the high end side but it shows on the craftmenship and sound quality. Hopefully version 2 improves on battery that's the only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 star rating.

I have tried the jabra 65t, the elite sport, the b&o e8, and jaybird run. All too uncomfortable when worn for more than thirty minutes, or wouldn't stay in my ear, even with changing out fins/tips. Sound quality in the above was best described as 'meh'. I tried the Bose sound sport free and they sounded great and were comfortable but stuck out so much I had wind noise while riding my mountain bike. I thought the makers of all the wire free ear buds just hadn't quite figured it out yet. Enter the master and dynamic mw07. They're amazing! The sound is excellent (it would be nice to have an app for equalizer, or find my ear buds feature). I find it on par or slightly better than the bose, and way better than the others listed above. They fit in your ear securely, and are ACTUALLY COMFORTABLE (even when laying down with the side of your head /ear on a pillow) ! I can wear these for hours without my ears hurting. They're low profile, so I don't get the wind noise like the bose. No connection issues at all. They pair quickly, and stay connected. The case and even the headphones themselves are beautiful. Battery life is decent. I've gotten 3-4 hours on avg (just testing it out, I'm usually not listening to music for that long in a stretch). I think to get more battery they'd have to make them bigger which would ruin the fit /feel /comfort or they'd stick out so far you'd get wind noise like the bose. I'm completely okay with that tradeoff. Honestly, these are the BEST on the market and the complete package.

+++++ Top notch sound quality (amazing for true wireless in-ear buds!). Very strong but well contained bass, wide and deep soundstage, lots of detail and clarity in mids and treble + Decent connectivity with few drops (despite BT4.2, not BT5) + Seamless initial pairing + Supports two connected devices + Logical interface, including volume control, with well working physical buttons (not fiddly touch controls) + Pauses playing when you take out from your ear either earbud + Premium materials, distinctive design and premium feel (subjective) + Good and secure fit with decent isolation (subjective) + Earbuds are light and don’t stick ridiculously out of the ear + Nice carrying case is included ------ Dismal battery life at 2.5 hours (vs 3.5 hours promised per spec) on a single charge! Starts to chime with battery level warning at 2 hour mark. Very noncompetitive and disappointing at any price but especially at $300! - Call quality is bad, low volume, barely useful for conversations - No support for firmware updates (noncompetitive) due to the lack of a dedicated app - No transparency mode (noncompetitive) - No remaining battery charge indicator (noncompetitive) - No BT5 (noncompetitive) - For some ears good fit could be hard to achieve with only 3 pairs of included silicone eartips. For the price at least several sizes of Comply-type foam eartips should’ve been included. - Only short eartips can be used because wells in a charge case are shallow and won’t accept taller 3rd party eartips - Polished metal charge case is splashy, but is also heavy and lacks magnetic guides to secure earbuds. It attracts scratches and fingertips and quickly looses its luster.

I purchased these a few days ago and I was initially disappointed. The first pair I bought were malfunctioning. I did everything I could to figure out what was wrong. The left unit would only stay connected 5 seconds and would drop out, pausing the music. They sounded great for the 5 seconds at a time and were also extremely comfortable. I ended up exchanging them for Seinheisser HD1 free ($100 cheaper) but I couldn’t fall in love with them. The sound was nice but the design was lacking. (Not comfortable in my ears and the controls were too close to the ear buds). I swapped inserts but I feel like I needed something in between the mediums and larges. So I went back and figured I’ll give the MW07’s another shot. I took the seinheissers back and picked up my second set of MW07’s in tortoiseshell. I didn’t make it out of the parking lot before they were in my ears. They paired up perfect. Sounded great just like the first pair. I swapped the insert to a large (comes with mediums installed) and I listened to them for 2-3 hours once I got home. No discomfort or anything after 2-3 hours of wear. I might’ve only given them 4 stars for having defective ones right out of the box but they’re customer service was very prompt and offered to exchange them after a couple emails back and forth about trying to fix them. Overall, I’m very happy with these earbuds and feel like they are worth the money.

So when I picked up these earbuds, despite all the rave reviews, I was skeptical. I have a particular taste in sound quality. I like my music natural sounding but with an equal emphasis on vocals and instruments. Beats are too muddy and the bass in them is artificial and muddy.. to me that is. Other truly wireless earbuds often focus on one part of sound (treble or bass) or mashes everything together, making them sound dull and monotone. Not horrible, but definitely not good. I've tried Jaybirds, Sol Republic, Samsung Icon X (both generations) and Bose Sound Sports. The best sounding would have to be the Bose ones, but they're so big that they interrupt my workout. These Master and Dynamics.... are...90% perfect. Sound, perfect Looks, perfect, Charging and battery, perfect (could be a bit longer, but it really wouldn't make a different for me as my workouts aren't over 3.5 hours) Quality, perfect. The only thing I would want different is a form of touch controls instead of buttons and the ability to store music. Other than that, these earbuds are amazing. It's almost annoying how perfect they sound for earbuds. Be careful if you make this purchase, you'll never want to go back to anything else.

I’ve used jaybirds, Bose, Sony, Denon, AirPods, and sennheisers wireless headphones in the last and not one of them ever left me satisfied and I always ended up with my bulky over the ear headphones to achieve the sound and fit I wanted. These Masters though....... they’re amazing! The sound is unbelievable with bass that can rival my big over the ear headphones. The fit is amazing as well, never have I once even thought that they might come loose, let alone fall out! This crazy tight seal is also why it can have such great bass which is something I’ve noticed none of my other headphones have been able to do. The case is elegant and much smaller than I thought it would be from the pics. All my sound from my theater, cars, and personal audio must be top notch which is why I’ve gone through so many of these hyped up brands in the past. Bottom line, if you’re looking for sound you’re going to LOVE and you get frustrated from ear buds slowly coming loose as you move around or excercise, these are the headphones for you and they 100% worth the price.

I've had almost every premium BT headset made in the last 5 years, and, held off buying a premium stereo totally wireless set until I was certain that all the connectivity issues were fixed; I tried the Bose totally wireless pair, and, they had nice sound, but hurt my ears alot with their bulky size..Never heard of Master and Dynamic before, but, after alot of research on them, I decided to pull the trigger and buy them...wow,. these things are incredible! Awesum fit, incredible build quality and the entire setup just oozes quality. But, of course, people buy these things for the sound, and, I can say without question, these are the best sounding stereo earbuds out there, PERIOD.. Jabra/Apple/B&O, and all the others cant compare to the fit/finish/look, and most important, sound of these things..sure, they are expensive, but most premiere products are...yes, they look great if that matters, to you, but we buy these things for how they sound, and these things are a 10 when it comes to sound.. Save your money, and buy a pair, I promise you wont regret it!

    Better than Sennheiser MTW?

Imagine both companies have 300$ to make a headphones. Sennheiser choose to pay for: ----*Bluetooth 5.0 *2 side Touch control. *Software which is add equalizer and Transparency mode. But they didn't paid for: build quality and they didn't paid for "10mm" beryllium drivers. (Decided stay with 8mm) Master & Dynamic choose to pay for: *10mm beryllium drivers which is for 2mm bigger than Sennheiser. *Build quality which is outstanding from "materials" to a "OWN" made design and comfort. But they didn't paid for: *Software *Touch gestures (regular buttons not programmable), Bluetooth 4.2. In the end who is better ? My choice is: Master Dynamic. Because 10mm Berilium drivers with own factory optimization(equalizer) delivering not only expensive sound but propa wide range of clarity. Bluetooth 4.2 and 5.0 is not a big deal anymore. Google also choosing 4.2 for own google ear buds.

This is my first time to buy Master and Dynamics brand. When it comes to earbuds, first thing I may pay attention to is the fit and quality of sound and here I can tell those earbuds impressed me. Quality in those earbuds is significant and has taste of luxury. Case is sturdy and made of stainless steel thats gives a classy look, in terms of sound quality is premium and crispy clear and multi functions button is well designed in which you can forward and backward tracks,in addition to activate voice assistant (Siri, Google). Very well made and sound is incredible. The charging case is storage also has 3 led lights indicate battery level for each bud and the case itself is very useful.
