Best sound, but disappointing battery life

The Good: These earbuds had the best sound I ever heard in earbuds. Rich, full sound, balanced and a strong, tight base that is surprising for something so small. It also was a great fit with those feathered wings. They are so comfortable and they stay put without having to jam them into my ears. In comparison, I also tried the B&O earbuds. They were nowhere near as good on either sound or comfortable, easy fit. The bad: The battery life was more like 2.5 hours than 3.5. I travel a lot and I needed 3 hours minimum. So they failed me. If you can recharge them more frequently, then these are the best around.

Great sound. Ok for battery time/life. I have had stored in the holder and the holder was fully charged but when I took them out to use, within 30 minutes, I was getting the warning sound the batteries were low. They need to fit better. I have put in both the large and XL silicons and still afraid the will and have fallen out. They need to be like a put in and turn forward to lock in your ear canals. Not a snug fit. I sometimes have to re-pair them to my laptop. Now I’m not sure that is a computer or device issue.

These sound great when they aren’t dying. At full volume (which isn’t very loud), these only last about an hour! The fit is excellent, sound is excellent but other than that, disappointing.

    Not a $299 true wireless

I read and watch alot of reviews between these and the Sennheiser and chose these. However, now a return is 100℅. Don't get me wrong, they sound amazing but there are a couples of deal breakers. These do not last 3.5 hours. I have been lucky to get 3 hours and I'm not listening to base heavy music. Just audiobooks! Second, at 20% battery life comes an annoying low battery tone that seems to sound off every 10 minutes till dead. What the point of claiming 3.5 hours is the last 20% is full of annoying warning tones. If it had an app perhaps I could turn this feature off. But.... No app

Not bad for true wireless headphones

This is my first pair of true wireless headphones. They sound pretty good but price is too much. I have always been using Sony's headphones. These do not get that deep bass as the Sony's, but it does capture the highs and mids. Honestly, it is hard to give a proper review as people have different sensitivity to sound. If you used a lot of Sony headphones, this might not be a good choice.

Thank you for choosing Master & Dynamic. You may be able to achieve a better bass response by adjusting to one of the larger silicon ear tips / fit wings included with your MW07. A larger ear tip will create a seal which creates improved bass resonance.

First of all, these do not stay in place while running. I have tried every combination of ear bud and wing. Second, while the stainless charger looks great upon receipt, it is very easily scratched. The felt bag that it comes in for protection, is extremely cheap. The material had worn through in < 3 months of moderate use. This leaves spring steel exposed which has sliced my fingers on more than one occasion when retrieving the charger pack from my pocket. Finally, the Bluetooth range is no better than wireless earbuds that can be found at a fraction of the price. The only thing that as even warranting a 3rd star is that the sound quality is decent.

Headphones aren’t the loudest but the quality is insanely great! You can hear every instrument! However when I received my first phone call I instantly knew i couldn’t keep these over my AirPods the sound was so terrible and every sound echoed through the headphone. Then again for the 125 deal price you might just deal with the cons

Not the best sound from these guys. Spend your money on something else. I returned them and have been using Bose even though they are not in stereo when taking a phone call. The Bose have a much better sound quality for less.

With the right fit and a snug seal within your ear, you should be hearing dynamic soundstage. We suggest trying the larger fit wings and ear tips to ensure you're getting a complete seal within your ear to prevent any sound leakage. - JH from M&D

If comfort is a primary concern, these are the buds for you. If you’re after sound, look elsewhere. These especially lack in midrange and the low-end bomber is somewhat missing, too. I prefer my Jabras over these.

If the gym is crowded, like it always is. My music stops playing and I hear nothing then the music starts again after awhile, I don't know if it's being caused by my phone or this headphones.

This is one of the best earbuds that I have used. Everything about it is great, the only issue with it is that I cannot use only one side. If both earbuds are farther than a foot, it will stop working.

You can use the right bud independently on the MW07 In-Ear Headphones. The headphones will pause if you remove one. Once you put the left bud into the case, you can resume playing your music or audio using just the right ear bud. I'm sorry to hear about this issue with your Bluetooth connection. Please hold the Vol + and Vol - keys for 5 seconds to perform a hard reset of your MW07- this should resolve any issues you may be having. If issues persist, you may contact Master & Dynamic support directly for warranty assistance.
