    FINALLY FOUND my travel partner!

It's been a long road, my people. Like any road warrior, I learned early on that some good headphone-age helped keep my travel-crazy at bay and put me in that first-class frame of my mind even when it's (always) just a coach middle seat. But these are first class all the way. I tried earphones for awhile but after a few hours they hurt my ears. Had big over-ear headphones which were comfy but took up all the space in my bag, and plus I'd always get the cord tangled in my seatbelt - which is, like the French say, embarrassing! So the search began for a light, small bluetooth headphone which brought me to this lil wonder. M&D is new to the game and taking shots at the big boys so they're pulling out all the stops and I can get down with that. The whole thing feels like it was made in a machine shop somewhere in the swiss alps, and the real (yes real!!) leather stuff feels just right on my lil-snowflake sensitive ears. Sound is vibrant and warm with a little sparkle - not fatiguing but not boring either - just right for a long flight across an ocean playing that opening theme to 'Chefs Table' on infinite repeat. Range is as good as I want it to be and I got about 15 hours of play time out of them before plugging in which makes me pretty darn jazzed. What else do I like, you say? I like that they're very lightweight - definitely "forget they are on" territory - and very low profile so I can keep Chef's Table going while I turn my head to the side and pretend to sleep in my chair. I have a gripe, though, too! I wish the buttons were a little bigger or easier to push, right now they're kinda small-ish like "I DARE YOU TO PUSH ME!" which, I do, I do push them, just, not as easily. Anyway these are sweeter than a plate of yams with extra syrup if you want something small, lightweight, excellent sounding, and some looks that might just get you an upgrade to first class. Over and out, friends.
