At this writing I have my third item I am smoking on this unit. A pork shoulder. This is easy to use but it does cook quicker than many recipes give for the time to cook.

Packed with great features that help make the process simple first time out was spare ribs and they were awesome. The remote is great and the loading of chips simple.

Got this smoker for my husband for his Birthday/Our Anniversary this year. He loves it. So easy to use and he can control/monitor the temperature from indoors.

For my first smoker this one seems to be just perfect. Easy to use,and gets up to temp just fine. My only criticism is possibly the control panel. One of the prongs came in pushed down so at first it wouldn’t work but the setup in general is a little shaky imo. Would love to feel more secure about it but overall I’d recommend this to anyone.

Bought this as a Christmas present and we were cooking by New Years! It is wonderful, we haven't had any problems with it. Easy to set up and easy to use!

my fiance loves to cook and this was the perfect addition to his cooking collection! This smoker produces the most moist, delicious chicken we have ever had!! We love this! It is stored in the garage, but has wheels so we can move it to the porch when we are cooking.

Perfect size and well-built and we wanted a door with a window so the smoking progress can be viewed easily and the meat accessed easily.

1st smoker and very easy to use. Made Ribs and they came out great. Would recommend for beginners due to ease of use. Great product.

Long time fan of smoked foods first time foray into smoking food for myself and my family results have been terrific. Window on front and Internal light Great combination (I like to see whats going on without opening the door and letting out all the smoke an heat). 2 way Remote control allows you to remotely monitor temp' of the unit, temp' of the food being cooked, time elapsed and should you need to make changes to fine tune the process on the fly you can do it all with the remote.(My experience is remote works fine at 40' away through regular drywall/siding house walls). Racks and water bowl remove for easy cleaning in the sink, inside of smoker box wipes down relatively easily just go careful with your hands behind the box were the heating elements and wood chips smoke. Temp' and time setting electronically very easy and convenient.

Received a unit where the hinge piece of door was broken. Didn't look like any damage was done during the shipping process as there weren't any gouges in the shipping box, nor was the Styrofoam damaged on the inside. Very suspicious if it was shipped like this from the warehouse or place of manufacture. Also having difficulty trying to send it back to BestBuy as there is no return label in the box or option to return without me paying for it. Closest store is one hour away. Most likely last time I will use this service. Good prices, big hassle.

I had to call Masterbuilt customer service and they were great, the smoker has been working fine so far.
