If you like he-man this is a great movie that is nonstop and the special-effects are great they did a great job making this movie back in the 1980s it is pretty awesome to see it put on DVD

This movie brings me back to a very happy time in my youth. The adventure in this movie wasn't that different from the cartoons it's based on. This is why the 80's were awesome.

I loved this movie growing up. I remember seeing it in the theatres. An absolute classic. At best buy for $5... of course I will buy it. If you haven't seen it pick it up ASAP.

Bought this movie for $5.99 because I was feeling nostalgic. It was not as good as I remember it being when I was 8 years old. Then, after watching it, I vaguely remember thinking it sucked when I was 8 years old. I would recommend this to a friend only so that we could talk about how good it isn't.

I love He-Man and this movie is the best movie to honor the kid in me with a live action He-Man so worth getting just for the fun and nostalgia

Ok, so it's not amazing in the sense that it is good, but it does remind me of my child hood and I love that. A must for children of the 80s.

This movie had been made at the end of the run of the original Masters toy line (Mattel is currently on the 4th version) but looks much like a Star Wars sidestory. Many characters are new and of the familiar ones from the animated series and toy line, only the Teela character is a great improvement as she has had her skimpy outfit replaced with a much more believable one. Of the existing characters, I feel the movie versions of the Sorceress and Evil-lyn are the most disappointing. This movie was made several years too late as the original toy line's time was running out. Seriously, though, the movie looked much like they had substituted Masters characters in Star Wars roles. I have to give credit, though, to Skeletor (Frank Langella) for his Emperor Palpatine impression.

So I love the cartoon and everyone else in my house loves this movie when I brought it home my bf called his brother to watch it with us bc he remembered it from childhood my kids loved it but it left me confused and wanting more so this one is up in the air for me

Just as cheesy as you remember, but in a good way.
