The installation of the actual light was pretty straight forward and the same as changing out any other hardwired porch light. Using the app on your smartphone seemed to be a little temperamental (took a couple of tries) before they joined. The setup was pretty straight forward from there. I would recommend getting a WiFi app like Netgear WiFi Analytics to see what your signal strengths are where you are installing the unit. If they are low I would recommend a plug in type of WiFi extender. I used a Netgear AC750 WiFi Range Extender. I'm sure any brand would work, but I've used Netgear products for many years and trust them. As a bonus when I installed the WiFi range extender it also increased my signal strength in my garage which was low! :) The light is well made and should last as any other outdoor light does. I am still playing with adjusting the sensitivity. I may have to move our American flag away from the front entrance, I believe that or some of the vegetation in the front yard is setting it off . The videos captured during the day are very good quality at night they are a little grainy. I am going to experiment with a higher watt LED bulb in the unit or maybe a secondary solar led light to see if that would increase the quality of the night videos. Another modification I am going to do is raise the mounting location some... so that I could adjust the camera angle so the light lens is not in the video frame, giving a clearer view of taller (over 6') people at the front door. I like the features of the prerecorded male voices, so if your wife or child is home they can activate one or the barking dog. You do this with your smart phone, so even if your out of town you can control it. You can have a two way conversation with people at the door also and if you see something suspicious you can activate a built in alarm and control turning the light on or off manually. So far I am pleased with the unit and mine is installed under an overhang so it is not in direct weather hopefully extending its life. They have other model of light besides the one I purchased and even a add-on device to convert your current light. If you have dual front porch lights they also have matching units without the camera so they match. So there was some though put into this unit and we'll have to see how long it will last now...

The Kuna is a great camera, light, and is easy to install. The only set back is the intercom system (which is a neat added feature), has a response delay.

The camera works well and installation couldn’t be easier. The control functions are easy to navigate and provide great TWO WAY ability to view and communicate . The styling is nice.

I can't believe the picture quality of this product. The best night sleep I've ever had knowing the cameras got my back.

I read a lot of reviews and the Kuna compan's web page. I have two and they are the first line of protection against thugs. It is always nice to know who is at your door. Oh my It's aunt Emma, with cookies!. Or a zoom suited con man you can call the cops on. They have an alarm that will let bad guys know they've been seen> Great Light!

I have TWO devices protecting my property. Their ease of installation and use make this a must have to ensure your safety day or night, Oh, and the have a great customer service department. I appreciate any company that stands behind the quality of the products they sell .
