I was originally wanting just a nice looking motion light (which is surprisingly hard to find.) I stumbled across this light and loved the homey, non-industrial look. But then it had a camera and speaker too! Major score! What's the catch? Expected it to barely work or not at all. I was pleasantly surprised. Easy installation (trust me! ANYONE can do it.) Downloaded the app and DONE! It was really that easy. I got 3 messages just today (they were all me, but still.) I bought the companion light also to go on the front of my house. Highly recommend.

Kuna Customer service is so bad. I had these for a week and they were great, connected to my wifi and had the security I wanted. Went off line and I called Kuna to get help with them and first customer service rep told me to look online and I would find my answers there. Second guy,(after many tries at getting someone on the line) was a very nice guy and said that I had faulty lights and sent out two new ones. He said that they were having trouble with them doing that and were working with the maker to find out why. Well they do the same thing go into pairing mode but will not pair up. I returned them to Best Buy and got my money back and just went with the ring door bell. Now I have to find some new lights for my house. Have been trying for 2 days to get someone on the line so that I can cancel my service. Maybe when they get the kinks worked out they will be great, but right now they are not worth the price or the service. Ring is much better and customer service has been great.

WARNING - this product was great until it wasn't. I was great until a few weeks ago when I received a notification that the camera was offline. I tried to reconnect by resetting the wi-fi, electricity to the light, etc. The app recognized there was a light, but would not connect. I deleted the light from the app, thinking reinstalling would correct the issue, but it would not connect.
I contacted Kuna support. They had me turn off the wi-fi, electricity, Bluetooth, etc., but the result was the same. They kept asking for the receipt, but since I received it as a gift, I did not have a receipt. Finally, after three weeks of back and forth, they told me the Bluetooth in the device is defective and since I'd had it just over a year, there was nothing they could do but offer a discount on another light.
Although I like the idea of this product, beware they do not stand behind their products and they charge you to have access to any video more than 2 hours old.
