Performs well and super quite compared to our 20 plus year one the final gave up.

Excellent microwave with a much larger interior than you would usually see for the external footprint. The stainless steel interior is a nice upgrade from the usual white ceramic. The unit is exceptionally quiet as well. One minor annoyance is that the popcorn preset is way off for a normal size bag. Nevertheless, this issue feels pretty unimportant in the grand scheme of things.

Our microwave went out and we have 3 boys. I don't usually buy items like this without reviewing them first, but we were in a bind. I couldn't be happier with our microwave! It's very user/kid friendly and it cooks very evenly. I haven't used the convection part yet, so I can't rate that, but I would definitely recommend this product!

Very quiet heats food up very well and easy to use

Was a little nervous spending this much on a microwave. Once I got it home and got it installed (which was really easy as my father and I installed it) it was a perfect fit for our kitchen. I love the fact that it is actually quiet to a point were sometimes I forget it's running. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again.

The micro is great and very quiet. The major problem is you cannot get it in white. We waited from Nov 2016 til Mar 2017, gave up and got a stainless steel unit. I will say that Best Buy and store manager worked very hard to get it in white but finally exhausted all avenues. We would recommend the unit.

Cooks food evenly, don't get the cold spots and scorching spots that we used to with last microwave.

We bought this after our older Maytag died. We've been pleased with it so far and are keeping our fingers crossed that the issue with the door switch doesn't show up. Love the other features especially the placement of the cool surface light. The only things I wish it had are LED lighting and a glass control panel.

I read Best Buy reviews on every under the counter microwave, which was very helpful. I was looking for a quieter microwave, because we have an open concept kitchen and when the TV is on in the living room and I'm preparing dinner, I wanted to be able to hear the TV most of the time. This m/w is quiet, including the fan. My only complaint about the fan is that the low setting is SO quiet, you could easily leave it on and not realize it. You can easily see the food through the door. The "chirp" at the end is quieter than the beep we had on our previous microwave. Another small complaint: it only does one really quiet, quick reminder beep 5 minutes after the initial chirping. My old m/w would continue to beep at you every so often until you opened it up. I miss the 30 second button we used to have on our previous m/w, but it's not a big deal. I think it's a great microwave for the price.

We love this microwave! It's very quiet and cooks very evenly. The thing that first caught our eye on this set was the handles. But we learned that you must run the fan when cooking on the stove or the handle becomes very hot and can burn you. That is why I only gave it 4 stars.

You get more then what you pay for. I could not be more happy with the microwave and the abundance of functions. Like all the other Maytag appliances you can barely hear them hard at work. The space inside is spacious and can fit a large size cook ware dish.

The gentlemen who installed the appliances were very pleasant and efficient.

I just bought this Maytag and it was easy to install and looks great.

The only thing that I don't like is the music that plays after cooking is done.
