After a little bit of research we had a few of them narrowed down, with this information in hand we went to to store and really like the looks and feel of this microwave. We had the staff of best buy do the install for us. We could not be happier with this item. It works very well and is extremely quiet.

The 'ready' bell is soft and not loud and obnoxious like our past micro's. The controls are easy to read. There are 2 things I would like to see added. Put an adjustable level backlight on the control panel and soften the noisy fan while the microwave is working.

I have had multiple issues with MAYTAG fridge, dishwasher, washing machine as well. Stay away from all Whirpool Corp. Products! (Incl. Maytag, kitchen aide, kenmore, Amana)
