We bought UMC5225DS (Nameplate says Whirlpool): good microwave, but could be improved. The door latch button is harder to push than our previous model. Almost makes the microwave slide on the counter. When you put a cup in for 30 seconds (which is a pre-set, btw), the cup ends up at the BACK of the tray. The turn table should turn an INTEGER number of rotations in every multiple of 30 seconds. Why they didn't design it that way is a mystery to me. Also, they did not make the buttons 1 through 6, "one-touch buttons". (e.g. Such that you close the door, press 3, and the microwave turns on and runs for 3 minutes.) I miss that feature. Being able to store and recall up to 3 pre-programmed heating cycles is nice, but I doubt I will ever use the feature.
