We got this in March (Tax rebate, yippee!!) on sale w/delivery rebate special at the time. Forgot to review it 'til now. Initial hiccup: temperature regulator failed in first week (factory and field reps were stunned--we were too!--apparently this "never happens")-- and took two in-warranty service calls to repair. Luckily we kept the old refr in the garage so no prob there. Works great now, love the thru-door water/ice, glossy black textured finish, way quieter than our old refr. Get one.

I looked for quite awhile for THE right refrigerator and found it with Best Buy. The price was great, delivery and hook up was done in a very professional manner. The refrigerator is awesome. very quiet and very roomy. My husband loves the crushed ice feature while I love the cold water feature. No complaints about this item at all.

We've had this refrigerator for about 6 months. It's worked terrific; our kitchen is fairly small, so it's worked out well. My only real complaint is that the ice-cube maker takes up a lot of freezer space; we keep a second fridge in our basement,so it's not that big a deal. Just a heads-up, if you need this to be your only refrigerator. The refrigerator-side size is fine. Very nice having water/ice dispenser.

We had size restrictions that we had to use and luckily it fit perfect and although I was scared it was going to look like a small refridgerator it looks average and not cheap like some small fridges are. If you need a shorter refrig go with this one.
